Precioso apartamento moderno, 52m², bien equipado, espacioso + garaje. Verano Invierno

'Colchique' es un encantador apartamento de 52 metros cuadrados en el emocionante complejo turístico de La Plagne, parte de la enorme zona de Paradiski. Es moderno y bien equipado y es una base perfecta para familias o grupos de amigos que van de vacaciones juntos.

Dormitorios
Apartamento 'Colchique' tiene 2 dormitorios. Uno tiene una cómoda cama doble y mucho espacio de almacenamiento en un gran armario empotrado. Cuando abres el obturador por la mañana, debes tener una vista soleada de la montaña.

El segundo dormitorio tiene literas nuevas y resistentes adecuadas para niños o adultos, con una tercera cama plegable para que la habitación pueda usarse para 3 personas si es necesario. Un gran armario empotrado ofrece mucho espacio de almacenamiento.

Un sofá de estilo alpino en el salón se convertirá en 1 o 2 camas individuales.

Sala
La sala de estar amplia y luminosa tiene fabulosas vistas sobre el valle de Tarantaise y el macizo del Mont Blanc. Hay un televisor inteligente con canales británicos y franceses, un Chromecast, un reproductor de Blu-ray / DVD y un sistema de audio Bluetooth. Internet gratuito y wi-fi se proporcionan para el beneficio exclusivo de nuestros huéspedes. Ver y compartir esos videos en la pista e imágenes de vacaciones no podría ser más simple.

Área de cocina y comedor.
La cocina cuenta con horno empotrado multifunción, placa eléctrica de 4 fuegos y extractor, lavaplatos de tamaño completo y nevera grande con congelador. Un montón de ollas, sartenes y utensilios, una cafetera, tostadora y una olla de cocción lenta eléctrica están disponibles.

La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 pero si necesita una mesa más grande se proporciona una pieza de extensión.

Baño y lavabo
Un baño grande cuenta con una bañera de tamaño completo con ducha, lavabo y toallero eléctrico grande. También es el hogar de la lavadora. Hay un baño separado.

Pasillo
Una entrada de buen tamaño ofrece mucho espacio para guardar tus togs de esquí en el armario. Se proporciona un secador de botas eléctrico para acondicionar sus botas de esquí para el día siguiente.

Balcón
Un hermoso balcón grande de doble aspecto, con sol de la mañana y la tarde, ofrece asientos en el patio y una mesa para disfrutar de las magníficas vistas de las montañas.

Garaje
Un garaje de tamaño completo (un VW Passat se adapta) está disponible para proporcionar estacionamiento cubierto para nuestros huéspedes, una verdadera bendición en el clima nevado.

Local de esquí
Junto a la puerta principal del bloque de apartamentos hay un vestuario y un cambiador de botas o es posible cambiarse las botas de esquí y dejar los esquís en el garaje.

Otros servicios
Taxe de sejour se recauda para todas las personas mayores de 18 años. Pequeño cargo por limpieza final. La ropa de cama está disponible para alquiler si es necesario o traiga la suya. Nuestro representante local se reunirá con usted a su llegada y puede brindarle asistencia con pases de elevación, alquiler de esquís (algunas compañías entregarán el apartamento), escuela de esquí y mucha otra información

Ubicación
El apartamento está ubicado en Crete Cote Village, justo debajo de Plagne 1800, y justo encima de la pista olímpica de bobsleigh.
Para llegar a las pistas y los remontes, puede tomar el autobús gratuito que pasa el apartamento cada hora que sube a las diversas estaciones de La Plagne, o cada hora que baja al ascensor de La Roche. Los esquiadores con un poco de experiencia pueden usar la pista (se pisó la temporada pasada) frente al apartamento para unirse a la pista roja de La Roche. Sujeto a condiciones de nieve, una pista que baja desde Plagne 1800 lo llevará cerca de los apartamentos de Crete Cote, aunque se necesitará un poco de confianza para esto. Si estás tomando clases, ¡algunas de las escuelas te recogerán para llevarte a clases!
Para aquellos de ustedes que traen un automóvil, el estacionamiento está disponible en La Roche o en los otros resorts vinculados de La Plagne.

Durante el verano
La Plagne también es genial durante la temporada de verano (julio y agosto). Hay un montón de actividades para adultos y niños por igual: ciclismo de montaña, caminatas, tenis, actividades en centros deportivos, natación, aventura en pistas (cuerdas en los árboles) y la excelente Base de Loisirs en Aime.

All nearly perfect!

We spent one week in this apartment - the equipment was very good, in the kitchen all what you need and it was very clean. The Internet works very fast. The communication with Johanna and Kate was very good and all was done to make our holiday to a perfect stay. The only thing, we have had some problems: when 4 persons come from skiing and want to take a shower, it was not enough hot water for all. Kate told us what will help, but we have to wait 2 hours that new hot water was available. The years before we have been in another appartment in Crete Cote Village with the same size of boiler - there weren't any problems, perhaps this problem can be solved in the future. Thanks for all!

Appartement spacieux et agrable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Une allée à descendre et vous êtes à skis. Le retour était moins facile à cause du manque de neige mais les navettes arrivent tout près (toutes les heures) La terrasse est très agréable et ensoleillée jusqu’au début d’après midi. Belle vue avec le mont Blanc. Cuisine assez bien équipée.

Great Apartment

The apartment is lovely and has all you could need the added addition of cable tv meant you could relax with a glass of wine and watch Christmas tv cooking facilities were excellent,really cosy and warm , plenty of hot water are only disappointment was that the bus only runs once an hour up to plan Center and then once going back down but you have to change busses as only the number 2 bus goes to crete cote so you have to time your bus times going to and fro or you’ll be waiting an hour for the next bus, and the road from the apartment to the bus stop is really slippery if the snow melts and then freezes lots of people lost their footing going down there is road clearance when it snows but the chap doing it made it worse on occasions It is a great apartment and like we’ve mentioned if busses ran more frequently it would be better and we wouldn’t have to have used the local taxi service which is excellent if not a little exspensive

Parfait

L'appartement est juste parfait pour une semaine. Nous étions 5, 2 adultes et 3 ados. Bien que situé en dessous de plagne 1800, soit il y a la voiture pour descendre sur le TS la roche avec beaucoup de place sur le parking, soit la navette qui est au pied de l'appartement qui vous montera sur plagne 1800. Une voiture me semble nécessaire pour avoir toute la liberté pour le ravitaillement ou sortir dans la plagne. L'appartement est vraiment bien conçu, le coffre fort à l'entrée pour les clés est un plus qui permet de ne pas se contraindre pour une heure d'arrivée le 1er jour et pas de rdv pour partir le dernier jour. L'appartement est équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la semaine, la salle de bain est grande, le salon salle à manger est suffisant en taille et les 2 chambre de bonne taille il y a un box pour garer la voiture. Vraiment un très bel endroit que nous recommandons vivement. Pour les sports d'hiver cela nous a parfaitement convenu et je pense qu'en été avec sa terrasse généreuse, l'endroit est aussi très bien pour les amoureux de randonnée.

Lovely, comfortable, well equipped apartment.

We have just returned from chalet Colchique after a weeks stay. The apartment is spacious, immaculately clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The shower was great and the beds comfortable, both important after a day's skiing! We found the kitchen to be very well equipped with everything we needed and enjoyed making use of the Raclette machine. it was great to have the garage space for our car. We tended to leave our skis in there overnight/ change into our boots there in the am. It was a short walk across the road to the track which joined the red run to the La Roche chair in the morning. The queue was never long and it takes you up quickly to join the extensive ski area. David also kindly sent us the directions for the track home from plagne 1800 which enabled us to ski back to the chalet most evenings. The terrace is lovey, we wrapped up in the blankets provided and had a few evening drinks out there. Johanna and David have both been extremely prompt in their replies to our emails answering all of the questions we had. I highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back.

Great appartment with everything you need and more

First to start with the people, Johanna and David the owners of the property gave us all the information we needed and answered every question that we had on getting ready for our trip advise on ski rentals and driving etc, the response time was usually within an hour, really first class. Kate who looks after the appartment was also great, loads of information was given and she was really responsive to all our needs, she arranged the ski passes so that they were ready for us, we did not have to go anywhere, it was all ready. Rental Republic for ski boots and skis were also amazing, with the at appartment service we did not need to go to the rental shop. The location is quiet, suited to families, the apartment is lovely, really comfortable and well equipped with everything that you would need. the WiFi is quick, and the smart TV great for relaxing and watching films in the evening. the kitchen has more than you need we cooked most nights and could cook anything that we wanted, the fridge is large enough to hold a weeks worth of food, unusual in holiday appartments. The beds and pilows are really comfortable also unusual for holiday homes, I could honestly not fault anything. The bus service from the bottom of the road was great, and we ventured out a couple of times in the evening to plagne 1800 and La Roche. You can easily ski to the La Roche lift from the opening oposite the bus stop, and coming back we ususally ended the day at the La Roche Restaurant next to the lift, the people in there are lovely really welcoming with lovely log fires and serve great waffles and hot chocolate. We had a lovely Christmas break in a beautiful appartment and location. Thank you.

Appartement chalet très cocooning bien équipé et calme

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort de cet appartement, son équipement .La description sur abritel est conforme à ce que nous avons découvert. L'appartement est calme avec une très belle vue, une belle terrasse. Seul petit bémol pour les skieurs , c'est qu'il n'est pas sur les pistes mais vous pouvez y accéder en bus ou en voiture avec un parking à 1800 situé à deux minutes. Nous reviendrons!! Merci

Comfortable, cosy, and well equipped chalet

We stayed in March 2017, we found the chalet to be very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped for relaxing after skiing, with games/movies/wifi etc. Great views from the balcony too. Would definitely recommend.

Situé à environ 3kms de Plagne centre, dans un joli hameau de chalets récents. Appartement agréable avec vue, bien équipé, bien entretenu et bien situé. On reviendra sûrement!

Excellent choix

Très joli appartement, haut de gamme, récent, très bien équipé, très confortable et très propre. Contact excellent tant avec la propriétaire qu'avec la gestionnaire. Excellents conseils (forfaits, matériel, repérage), check-in et check-out parfaits en tous points. Départ et Retour des pistes quasiment skis au pieds. Départ par le chemin forestier qui part du bas du hameau Crête-côte et rejoint directement la piste et le TSD "Roche". Retour plutôt réservé aux bons skieurs mais possible par un sentier descendant sur environ 300m depuis la fin de piste Plagne 1800. Si éventuel manque de neige alors navette gratuite. Nous recommandons sans hésitation

A real gem!

We had a fabulous week staying in this clean, well appointed and spacious apartment. The owners information pack and communications were quite excellent and we were blessed with great snow and sun. Garage parking was a real bonus and so too was the ability to ski down a short track and onto a red run in the mornings. We did also use the shuttle bus which was staggeringly punctual and gave an alternative start to the days skiing. We ate out a couple of times and again used the bus to and fro. All in all, a smashing apartment. We'll be back!

Lovely, well equipped, home from home with an amazing view

We had such a wonderful summer holiday at Apartment Colchique, it was our first time in the Alps and we couldn't have asked for more. The view from the balcony is something else and the apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with thoughtful touches like board games and DVD's. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals and it was all in excellent condition, something we have found lacking in other rentals. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the birds swoop around whilst reading with a glass of wine. We had a great time exploring the area, there is loads to do within walking distance and will definitely be back for more exploring and those amazing views. Thanks Jo for all your help in making this one of the best holidays we have had in years.

Best holiday ever!

Great location, so easy to get to the piste and local bars, if you can tear yourself's away from the cozy interior and amazing veiws from the baconny...only criticism was I couldn't stay for another week as they had bookings.

About us
We love skiing and love skiing in La Plagne. We have enjoyed getting the apartment ready for us to use and to rent it out for other outdoor and winter sports fans.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

A modern apartment built in the traditional alpine style, offering generous sized accommodation for a holiday home. Fitted out to a good specification, many of the fixtures and fittings were new for the 2015 season, and continue to be updated regularly.

Crete Cote is a quiet residential area just below Plagne 1800, making it a great base for a holiday in La Plagne. Access to the pistes is easy, with a pisted tracking giving great access to the La Roche run. In the evening it is possible through most of the season to return to within 100m or so of the apartment by taking a back route along a track from Plagne 1800. For those less confident, there is a good bus service up the mountain to Plagne 1800 or down to the La Roche lift, and back home at the end of the day.

We hope that if you book to stay in our apartment that you will enjoy it as much as we and our children do. We love the bright, airy feel, the spacious balcony and the just fabulous views.

La Plagne is a great place to holiday in winter or summer.
