Tres bonne situation de l'appartement entre plage et centre ville pour tout faire à pieds. En revanche appartement vétuste qui aurait bien besoin d un rafraîchissement general ( prises défectueuses, certains éclairages ne fonctionnent pas, moisissure dans la douche , fuite chez le voisin de dessous, la toile cirée sur la table de terrasse n est plus de premiere jeunesse....) bref , cest dommage pour un appartement si bien situé.

Bon appartement, mauvaise agence.

Accueillis sans assez de précision permettant de bien preparer notre départ. Pas d'accompagnement donc "découverte" du logement et son fonctionnement. Caution retirée du compte et en prime mauvaise communication de l'agence. Par contre super logement et surtout très bien placé.
