Fully access the house, except the right closet inside the king room ( the room is right next to the back yard) we keep bedding stuff inside the closet with a lock

- Please note that we no longer refill propane tank due to our house keeper no longer doing this. You can take the empty tank and go to home depot very close to the house and have it refill. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank.
- Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.

Nice and comfortable. Great space for my family. We couldn’t use toilet tissue in the back house bathroom and there was no tv in the back house. But we made it work. Check in procedure was easy and safe. Definitely a thumbs up.

Clean house the floors, not enough towels for everyone we had to buys some and overall it wasn’t clean there was spiders in back house and what I didn’t understand was why we needed to clean after the cleaning deposit was charged, for not entering into a clean house myself. Very disappointed the lights in the back yard didn’t work the couches could have been wiped down and clean. Let’s put this way it wasn’t like the pictures on vrbo website. Didn’t take any pictures cause I was so disappointed with everything the Bbq grill was so disgusting we couldn’t even cook on it. So we had to go out to eat.

We rented this property for a three night stay. Selected the property due to the proximity to all of the things we wanted to do while in L.A. and it was located in a neighborhood I’m familiar with.Late in the evening, we were asked to relocate to another of their properties because they forgot that the property was going to be fumigated the next day.I was offered a new property in East LA and a 120 refund. We had no choice to take the other property.The other property was in a much crowded part of the city and in an alleyway with businesses adjacent to it. So the noise in the alleyway began at 7 a.m. The showers delivered nothing but scalding hot water. One of the beds in the room where I slept had dirty sheets. And the one and only couch smelled like dog.It also added an extra half an hour, at the very least, to our daily drive. Because of all of this, I asked that we’d be refunded a full night. I was told that the team would discuss and get back to me. As of today, a week after we checked out, I have not seen any refund of any kind. Not the 120 they offered nor what I asked which I think is fair for the inconvenience of time lost and putting us in a property I wound’t have selected. When I reached out to inquire about the refund, I was told that the team had been too busy and that they had not had time to discuss.The first place was nicer. Nicer location. Cleaner. In a quiet neighborhood, but I can’t really review that property, so I’m reviewing the management.

WE WERE PLEASED OVERALL, BEAUTIFUL HOME IN THE CITY I WAS RAISED IN. OUR ONLY DISLIKES WERE NO SCREENS ON THE WINDOWS AND THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS ON ALOT OF SURFACES AND THE LINENS. BUT IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY AND WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!! THANK YOU!!

We booked this property, thinking it was a great place for our family trip. Once in town, we were excited to get inside & start our vacation. There was 2 sets of codes (confusing after a day of traveling & waiting to check-in). We also got in from an unlocked entry which was concerning. After entering, we were greeted to an unclean home that was unfit to host any guest. From the walls/floor to dishes/appliances, there wasn’t a thing in the home that was made to feel like it had been cleaned before check-in. To be specific, there were black stains in the bathrooms & stains in almost all dinnerware. In the main bedroom, the closest was locked shut with a lock, making it impossible to store clothing or anything. All the appliances were in poor condition & poorly mounted. The coffee machine was broken. We had even inquired about a coffee machine prior to our stay which went unanswered. We had to troubleshoot our own internet issues. The listing says it can house up to 13, but I can promise you that it won’t be comfortable. There were only enough blankets for each bed (& were rough/itchy) & there were barely enough towels. Thankfully, we had brought our own. Biggest issue was the living quarters outside. The place was INFESTED with spiders! When we reached out to the host concerning this, we received no response. We were also told after our booking not to put any toilet paper

Quick LA Getaway with Family

Property is great - new and clean. Very spacious for a large family and the ADU in the back was great along with the backyard seating area. Close by to a CVS if you forget something. Close enough to get to various places in LA. Neighborhood is decent and near a school with friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Rated a 4 Star because there is not enough bath towels for the amount of people it can accommodate. There were also no face/wash cloths nor hand towels for the bathrooms. There were no cleaning wipes nor spray; not enough paper towels as well. It'd be nice if washer/dryer were available as we had children with us and needed to wash some stuff urgently. Owner is communicative and pleasant to deal with.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following our recent stay at [5712 alviso ], which we booked with the expectation of a clean, safe, and adequately equipped home for our group of 13. Unfortunately, what we experienced fell far below even the most basic standards—and frankly, we’re baffled by how this property is listed as guest-ready.To begin with, the lack of essential amenities and general cleanliness was alarming. There were only four forks and six towels provided—for a house that is advertised to accommodate up to thirteen people. That is not just an oversight; it's unacceptable. Additionally, there were no washcloths provided at all.The patio light didn’t work, and although maintenance was allegedly notified, no one ever came out during the entirety of our stay. Several light bulbs throughout the home were out, making the already dimly lit house even more uncomfortable.We were also greeted by dirty walls and floors, and a closet with a wooden plank labeled as “not working” (to be clear: a literal wooden plank nailed up with a sign). Another closet was locked entirely, preventing use of needed storage. The refrigerator was covered in dents, and there was no ice maker—just trays, which is hardly what you'd expect for a large group. Even door knobs missing. Just a lack of attention to the property that’s unacceptable.Safety was another concern: the back gate had a lock but didn’t actually lock, and the outdoor screens leading to underne

Beware of this owner she makes the reservation in this home to later send you a message telling you that the propery has repairs and that she will relocate you to another one of her properties, she sends you pictures of a property that looks in good condition and we accept why he would give us 500dlls back when we check in. Our flight arrived early in Los Ángeles and we wanted to see the location of the property and, Oh surprise ! Since going there was nothing compared to the pictures, it was as if a hurricane has hit and left it in a disrepair, with trash, overgrown grass and crackeds. He also told us that there was a garage and of course it was not true., it was an alley with homeless people. We went to the property that was our first choice and discovered that there were other guest on our same dates. Of course when we refused to ckeck in and that horrible property, she did not return the promised refund. We found out that they over-rent the property. At this time we are not even interested in reimbursement, we just want other guest to know that if they offered another property instead of this one, do not accept and report.
