Genteel Home Tomás de Ibarra es un elegante y luminoso apartamento situado en una de las zonas más exclusivas del centro de Sevilla, a tan solo 3 minutos a pie de la Catedral y la Giralda. Su excelente ubicación permite disfrutar a pie de los principales monumentos, restaurantes y espacios culturales de la ciudad. Además, es fácilmente accesible en coche, con dos parkings públicos muy próximos: El Arenal y Roma.

El apartamento ha sido diseñado con especial atención al detalle, ofreciendo una atmósfera tranquila, acogedora y moderna. Dispone de un amplio salón con sofá cama, ideal para relajarse tras un día de visitas, una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama, un dormitorio espacioso con zona de lectura y un baño elegante con ducha.

El mobiliario de calidad y la cuidada decoración garantizan una estancia cómoda y placentera, tanto para viajes en pareja como para estancias de trabajo o escapadas urbanas. Una opción ideal para descubrir Sevilla desde el corazón de su centro histórico.

La reserva de cada alojamiento de Genteel Home conlleva el ofrecimiento de experiencias o actividades extras para mejorar su estancia, las cuales son gestionadas por proveedores externos, que las pondrán en su conocimiento a través de e-mail o Whats App, pudiendo usted contratarlas o rechazarlas. **Para estancias mensuales, los suministros de agua y luz estarán incluidos hasta un máximo de 100€ mensuales. A partir de esta cantidad será el huésped el que se haga cargo de la diferencia, siendo entregada por parte del alojamiento la factura correspondiente para verificar el gasto**

Durante la estancia no podrán acceder al inmueble más personas que las que hayan indicado en la reserva, por tanto queda prohibido el acceso al inmueble a personas que no estén registrados como huéspedes. El incumplimiento de este precepto supondrá el cargo extra del 50% del importe de la estancia completa como penalización, o en su defecto la expulsión inmediata del alojamiento.

The 1 bedroom apartment was great, clean, with everything we needed for our 10 days stay. The location is amazing, quiet street 2-steps from the cathedral, the Alcazar, the Plaza Espana, and all the boutiques, restaurants, etc. Everything was wtalkable in beautiful historic Sevilla. Highly recommended for a great adventure in Sevilla.

Spacious Accomodation in Good Location

Well-equipped apartment in excellent locale. Quiet, well-managed. with great communication from host. All you need for pleasant stay in a beautiful city. Excellent stay

The apartment was the best of four VRBO's we stayed in during our time in Spain. Well positioned to visit shops, restaurants and attractions but on quiet street and quiet position within building. Apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. Genteel was also the best of the management companies we dealt with during our stays.

First Time to Sevilla

Amazing location right in the centre of historical Sevilla. Minutes walk to most attractions. The apartment is spacious, attractive and very quiet. Communication with the host was easy. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay while in beautiful Sevilla!

Perfect apartment

The apartment is very centrally located near the Cathedral. It is large, clean and most importantly, on the inside courtyard rather than the noisy road. It was a bit difficult communicating with the property manager at first, but once we were at the apartment they were very helpful. I would recommend this apartment.

Sewer Smell Whole Time

House smelled of strong diffusor. Took us 3 days to clear out after diffusor removed. Turns out was covering bad sewer smell in apartment. Complained and reaponse was "we have fresh air in Spain". Half day without toilet to use. Awful place, bad management. Would not recommentd. Awful week for us.

Very Poor Customer Service and Cockroaches

A month before our trip to Spain I contacted the property via e mail with our arrival time by train from Madrid to Seville. They said it was too soon and they would reach out to me a few days before my arrival. They did not. The night before my arrival I contacted them with my arrival details again.. This time they said to contact them when I got off the train. When I got off the train I texted them twice to notify them of my arrival and arrival time. They did not respond. I called and they answered. I gave them my arrival details telling them I would be there at the apartment in 15 minutes. When our taxi dropped us off on the street, there was no one there. So we stood in the street with our luggage. I called again. No answer. I called again and told them I was waiting on the curb. They said they would arrive in 15 minutes. I made it clear I was not happy. The apartment resembles the pictures and it is well located. But we were very disturbed to have a very large cockroach as a visitor one night. I rent from VRBO frequently and this is my only unsatisfactory experience. I do not recommend and would not stay here again.

Nous etions dans cet appartement pour la deuxième partie de notre séjour à Seville. C'est le plus charmant appartement dans lequel j'ai séjourné. C'est situé à côté de la Cathédrale. En outre, il y a beaucoup de restaurants dans la région, nous y sommes allés à presque tous! Merci encore a Genteel-Home, surtout Inma et Rebekah qui ma fait sentir chez moi.

Comfortable, elegant

It is a very comfortable elegant apartment - apparently owned by an architect - excellent art on the walls, attractive, comfortable furniture. Walking distance to most Seville highlights. It's very quiet, mainly because all windows face a large courtyard rather than the street.

The location could not be more central to major sites and things to do. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, very clean, newly renovated, well designed and furnished. Great apartment, perfect location.

The apartment is as pictured. It is large, quiet and was clean and comfortable. We had a bit of a delay checking in but the woman who did arrive was very nice. The apartment is very central but on a quiet street. Loved it and would stay here again.
