In a quiet and residential area, 5 minutes from Avignon TGV station, villa of magnificent architect of 220 m² surrounded by a very pleasant landscaped park. A very large living room and living room open onto the park. Four bedrooms each overlook planted terraces. Magnificent outdoor reception area very sunny near the infinity pool. A very original property in symbiosis with the vegetation that surrounds it.
