This comfortable and fully air-conditioned holiday villa is located near Split, in the small seaside town Orij-Dugi Rat. The property has a private swimming pool with hydromassage, a jacuzzi, and a gym. It is completely fenced and located on the hill in a quiet residential neighborhood with no neighbors nearby which makes it the perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

Parking for up to 4 cars is provided in front of the villa. There's also a playground for children.

The villa consists of two floors which are connected with an indoor staircase.

On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, and a smaller living room with access to the terrace from where you can reach the pool and the sun area.

On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious living room with access to a terrace.

There is plenty of space outdoors. The property has a private swimming pool with hydromassage and an outside shower on the ground floor in the yard with a beautiful sea view. A great place for a BBQ and socializing with your family and friends is provided in the outside grill area on the ground floor with a seating area for max 12 people.

This property is suitable for guests looking for a quiet and relaxing break from everyday fast lifestyle, but at the same time, it fits guests who want to explore the natural areas around and try some adventurous activities - kayaking, rafting, or zipline. * Check-in is scheduled after 4 PM, please do not arrive at the property earlier than that! We ask you kindly to respect this rule as the house needs to be cleaned and prepared for you. If the guest does not respect the arrival time, we reserve the right to charge a security deposit.

** Breaking the house rules will be treated as damage. If it occurs the owner will estimate the damage and charge it from the damages deposit. Guests are required to report any damage to the accommodation immediately.
