Gulf Place 2023

The proximity to the beach, shops, pools & food are the reasons to stay. This property provided an adequate stay for the price point, but could be sorely improved with a few upgrades, and thoughtful additions i.e. tv cabinet serving as dresser/night table needs to go and adding a reading light would be wonderful. Also, balcony and bistro chairs were nice but a new table would have made a big difference. Great service from the staff!

2nd Stay

This was our second stay and we were just as pleased as the first. I do wish they'd add a night stand by the bed for things such as a CPAP machine. It's a perfect size for a couple. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, easy beach access. We'll be back next year.

This was a cozy place, super close to the beach and the pools were great. Only downside was the blanket was super thin, thankfully it wasn't too cold the nights we were there. There was no blow dryer. Overall great, would totally stay here again

Spacious, clean, nice layout

Customer service with Vacasa was exceptional. This was a pleasant listing though it seemed decorated by a bachelor. It was roomy and I found that I like the studio layout, which we'd experienced once before down 30A. But it was too close to the street and thus noisy—large construction trucks and muscle cars. The view was marginal. Luckily we could see the ocean between the two condo buildings across the street.
