19th century country house full of character located in a typical Gâtinais village, feet in the forest of Fontainebleau. You can enjoy activities such as hiking, cycling, horse riding and climbing at world famous spots, or play golf. You will be close to the Château de Fontainebleau, Barbizon and Grez-sur-Loing to the impressionist painters, Milly-la-Forêt and Moret-sur-loing to the medieval heritages, Bourron-Marlotte and the Grand Parquet.

A family house with a refined, charming and warm style for those looking for authenticity and a friendly atmosphere. Prepare to hear the sounds of nature in the middle of this calm and unique environment, and enjoy from your room the garden mixing with the Fontainebleau forest as far as the eye can see.

The house is just 5 minutes from the A6 motorway. You will be 12 minutes by car from the center of Fontainebleau and at most 18 minutes from the various charming villages mentioned. You can visit the Château de Courances 25 minutes away and the magnificent Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte.

The trail of the Grand Tour de Paris (GR 11) which makes the Ile-de-France loop for 650 km crosses the village in the 12th century Saint-Martin church, halfway from Achères-la- Forest and Grez-sur-Loing.

The two available rooms are on the 1st floor of the house with a dedicated and spacious bathroom (with bathtub), which comes next to a separate toilet, all on the same corridor.

You will also have free access to the kitchen (within a specified time period) and the dining room, where you can prepare and enjoy your breakfast and light meals. The large living room will allow you to read books, watch television, browse the internet at an excellent speed or even rest by the fireplace according to your leisure.

For breakfast, you will have at your disposal: tea, coffee, milk, wholemeal bread, butter, jam and honey from the Gâtinais.

The village has a bakery less than 5 minutes walk from the house. Other shops, grocery stores or supermarkets are 5-7 minutes by car.

Ma fille de 6 ans et moi avons passé quatre jours hors du temps dans un cocon de gentillesse et d'attentions, dans un écrin de verdure et de beauté où le temps s'est arrêté pour nous aider à revenir à l'essentiel. Excellent weekend prolongé dans cette maison de charme, chargée d'histoire et dans un cadre calme et magnifique. Isabelle et son frère sont des hôtes très accueillants, aux petits soins pour notre confort et de fort bon conseil pour indiquer les endroits à visiter de la région selon nos attentes. Tout l'étage de la maison est à notre disposition avec un accès privé; la cuisine et le séjour du RDC sont également en accès libre, sans compter qu'on peut prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse ! Belle chambre confortable avec vue sur le jardin et la forêt. L'occasion de passer un excellent séjour et de rencontrer de belles personnes !

Ideal für Erwachsene und Kinder, direkt am Wald von Fontainebleau, sehr ruhig in einem großen, alten, gemütlichen Haus mit riesigem Grundstück. Isabelle kümmert sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen, inclusive Frühstück. Sehr empehlenswert!
