Detached house of 50 m² in a residence near the sea in Kercambre in St Gildas de Rhuys.
On the ground floor :
- A living room/kichenette with 2 armchairs
- A small room with a single bed and dresser
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
On the first floor :
- A large mezzanine with a 140 double bed and a 90 single bed, wardrobe and dresser
NB: beds equipped with duvets
Outside:
- Enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrella and barbecue
- Parking in front of the house
- Garage for storing bicycles
Please note :
- No WIFI. Possibility to rent a mini-box Wifi = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/11/24 to 26/04/25 and from 18/10/25 to 3/01/26 : cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: 85 €
- The price of the variable tourist tax will be adapted on site. Contact us for the exact amount.
