The home is very spacious but it does need some maintenance. We arrived at 3:30 pm to check in and we were told that it was still being cleaned, we didn’t think much since check in was at 4:00. We were not able to get into the house until after 5:30. The BBQ grill was removed from the property and we were told that it wouldn’t be replaced which was disappointing because that’s one of the reasons we chose this place. The pool was very cute but we were not able to use it because the water was very cold. The staff on site are very friendly and they do a good job at keeping the amenities clean.

Terrible experience. I booked the property, received confirmation from your site, and money was requested on my credit card. The following day driving to our property. I received notice that our confirmed reservation had been cancelled due to double billing of the property. I am sure the other person was gouged for a higher price on the property. As I had spoken to many of the travelers in Rocky Point that they had similar experiences during my stay in Rocky Point. I only received an email telling me confirmed reservation was cancelled , and another email telling me my credit card has been credited back the money they had taken the day before. I will make sure all my friends are aware of the practices that were done to me by the property owner. Thanks for nothing!
