The beach is at your feet, accessible from the terrace via a small private path.

Accommodation:
This ground-floor studio is 20 m² and can accommodate up to two people.
You will have at your disposal:
- A main room furnished with a mezzanine bed (140x190), sofa, coffee table, TV and air conditioning.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, electric hob, crockery, etc.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.

High chair and cot are available on request.
Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request).

Outside:
- A lovely wooden terrace with a raised dining table for your meals and aperitifs, as well as a Spa to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

In the residence :
- Access to the shared indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its sea-view terrace.
