Just got back from a week stay w 10 adults and 3 small children. Just wow! This property is EXACTLY as described. Pics are not misrepresented as so many are. Very clean including the pool. Well stocked kitchen. The game room was so fun! Everything worked! Comfortable beds and couches. Loved being able to walk right out back door over to a very nice community pool. We literally had zero issues! Thank you Barry for providing what is promoted. That’s not something that often happens in rental properties. You could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Our family enjoyed every second of our vacation in your home and look forward to renting from you again.

Loved everything about the house - pool, rooms, game room, cleanliness and proximity to the water park. Everything was is great condition and would definitely return and highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

My family and I of 14 stayed at this beautiful home. We loved everything about it, there is so much to do here: games, movie theater, pool table and private pool with hot tub. This house is very clean and has everything you need, it is very comfortable for a large family gathering. Being close to the lazy river and water park is so nice, just a short walk from it. Barry and Willam were extremely helpful prior to our visit and also very fast response to any questions that we had while we were vacationing there. I would highly recommend this VRBO if you want to be near Orlando.

Great stay!

A group of us ranging from 6 months - 60 years stayed for 2 weeks in August to visit the Disney and Universal parks. The property was great and everything was as advertised. Barry's communication prior to our stay was excellent and having all the information and passes in advance made our arrival process a breeze after a long day of travelling.
