Esta casa de vacaciones de 8 habitaciones, ubicada en Champions Gate, ofrece espacio para dormir para hasta 18 huéspedes, incluidas habitaciones para los amantes de la alboroto amarillo o la princesa de hielo de la familia. This house was amazing! The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on! We had 11 people from age 13 up to 60 and we all enjoyed the game room! The younger ones played video games and the older ones played the arcade games. We used the movie room every single night! The kitchen was spacious enough that four of us could be in there at one time. All the furniture and decor looked new. The amenities at the resort were outstanding! We loved floating down the lazy river, which was quite large, and hanging out in the pool by the bar. We ended up only going to Disney one day because we were having so much fun at the house! The owner, Barry, responded immediately to any of our questions! We are already planning our next stay!

Exactly what we wanted

The property was spacious, beautiful and well appointed. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Only a short walk to the club house/water park. Upon returning to the property after a long day out, the property was quiet and relaxing which was a plus and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property owner, Barry, made sure that we had everything that we needed for check in before our arrival and communicated frequently to ensure we'd have a smooth check in process. His communication was key and very well appreciated.

Room for a very large family with room to spread out. Pool at the house provided hours of fun and the pool activities that is available at the complex were also terrific.

Perfect house and great location-highly recommend

We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay again!! House was in amazing condition, very clean with nice features and had all of the amenities we needed. The beds were sooo comfortable and the kids loved the game room and theater room too. The pool area was perfect and had the evening sun which was great. House was close to resort area which was also very nice and had great food and drinks. Owner was amazing to work with and extremely attentive and responsive. Honestly cannot think of one negative! Highly recommend!

Great location for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Barry was very quick to respond to questions, everyone enjoyed the amenities at the house and the proximity to the oasis club was amazing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay and great house!

We had an early Thanksgiving family vacation and the house was perfect! So clean and loved all the king beds. Everyone slept so well. The owner Barry was super nice and so attentive! We will definitely be back….great house and great service!

Grandparents 40 th wedding anniversary

12 of us stayed at this wonderful house. So much room. So much fun. Wonderful games room, pool and hottub, grill, outdoor dining area, huge indoor dining table, theatre room. Area good for running and walking. Great to be a short walk to the Oasis club with lazy river, water slides, large pool, gym, tiki bar and restaurant Barry was so fast at responding to all our questions. I would highly recommend.

Great Family Reunion

We loved our stay in Champions Gate! House was clean, great location, well stocked, lots of room for our big family. Easy access to both water parks was key with our little ones. Barry was the best property manager we've ever had. Immediate response to questions. We had some hurricane related issues with the pool which were taken care of right away. When we go back to that area it will have to be at Barry's property!

Spring break for family

Very nice layout and lots of room . Had a couple of plumbing issues but got them taken care of . Dagmar came late and stayed till repairs were done .

Very pleased with the home itself, location, cleaness and upkeep of the home. Furthermore the owner was very prompt and responsive to our questions. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool, pool table, air hockey, xbox, etc.

Great vacation accommodations

Golf Trip

Great house for our annual golf trip of 8 guys. Manager was very responsive to any questions and house was close to our courses. Each person having own bedroom and 5 bathroom house was a big plus for us!

Great stay!

A group of us ranging from 6 months - 60 years stayed for 2 weeks in August to visit the Disney and Universal parks. The property was great and everything was as advertised. Barry's communication prior to our stay was excellent and having all the information and passes in advance made our arrival process a breeze after a long day of travelling.

We have just returned from our latest trip to Florida. There was 17 of us and we had a brilliant time. While we’ve visited Florida many times, and have always stayed at villas, this was by far the best villa by a mile. It has everything you need and more. A fantastic villa in a brilliant location. National Volleyball tournament

I have to say this place was the best home for all of our girls after the national volleyball tournament! We did have a hiccup on the first day but Barry was amazing and helped out right away to fix the issue! We enjoyed everything about this this place, the house was plenty big for all of us! This is definitely a place we would all stay again!!

Fantastic home base for a special family trip!

For our 40th anniversary we returned to Orlando, where we honeymooned, with our kids and grandkids! This house was the perfect place for us to gather, share meals, swim, and enjoy days of rest together between theme park days. I combed through many VRBO options before selecting this one. It had an ideal combination of cute bedrooms for the children, along with comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms for the adults, with more to spare. We needed a large table near the kitchen (+highchair) so all of us could eat together conveniently, along with a comfortable living space to congregate, and found it here. The game room was a fun place for early rising kids while others were still snoozing. Most of all, the pool was ideal for our family of seven kids ages 1 to 10 and six adults. We loved that the lanai doesn’t back up to another residence, which means more privacy and less noise. It’s a short walk to the resort pools, but everyone preferred the environment, convenience, and warmth of this pool and hot tub. Appreciated having a gas grill included. When the garbage disposal was not working properly on day 2 the property managers were very responsive--in and out quickly fixing it. We never had another reason to contact them after that. I’d give an A+ rating for the excellent communication and responsiveness of Barry, the owner, who was always friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable, from the time of my first inquiry to the conclusion of our stay. We’d return in a heartbeat!

So much fun!

We had a really nice time here. Everyone was so comfortable and there was so much to do. The kids were never bored - whether in the pool, the games room, the movie room or just hanging out with us! It made it such a relaxing experience for us parents too :-) The property was so well located and easy to get to all the parks. Barry was extremely attentive when we reached out to him with questions/comments. I look forward to staying again!

Welcome to our page! My name is Barry and my family and I fell in love with the Championsgate community while we were on vacation in 2018. Since our initial stay we enjoyed it so much we purchased our dream vacation home a few months afterwards.
We are very active owners and always look to update our home and give other families an amazing vacation experience as well. My wife Amy and I are always searching for new ways to keep our house one of the best vacation homes in the Disney Area.
Just this summer (2025) we have purchased a new stove, two new arcade games, new televisions which work much faster, new theater seats, and a new bbq and outdoor sitting too. As I mentioned earlier, I want all our guests to feel the magic that we felt when we decided to purchase our vacation home!

We love how there is so much to do in Championsgate. You do not have to always rely on the adventure parks to have a good time. My wife Amy and I love having coffee out on our patio in the morning, and enjoying all that the area has to offer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What separates our home from all the others in the community is our location. We are located just behind the waterpark, so it is usually a last minute decision to enjoy the lazy river, the slides, or even a drink at the bar. We just walk out and within a minute we are at the club!
