Conchas Chinas vacation rentals

The home was comfortable with great features and art work. It is in a neighborhood and feels more like home then a vacation rental. 15-20 minute walk to the Malecon and restaurants. Uber is easy to use and Uber eats will deliver food. The crashing ocean is just off your balcony.

The entire property is beautiful! From the top floor of our penthouse with the splash pool, the front deck with the most amazing sunsets, to the views of PV from every room. We enjoyed the pool area with bbq and lounge chairs almost every day. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Adrianna made sure we had everything we needed and returned out texts immediately if we had a question. The security gentleman at the front desk were right there to help us hail a taxi when we left for our days adventure and were there to open the door for us and help us with bags when we returned. We could walk out the private back doors and go steps to the right to enjoy a day at Conchas Chinas Beach or go steps left to La Playita restaurant and have a delicious meal, or be served Pina Colada's on the beach while wading in the beautiful waters. Cannot wait to go back and do it all over again!!

Casa Macumba was perfect for our group of 16 - a mix of adults, teens, & kids. Everyone had their own space & we gathered in the beautiful outdoor areas. The pool was fun, the ocean just steps away, and the staff was very attentive. The chef-prepared food was as good as any restaurant. The spaces were cleaned daily, the host was timely with all communication & instructions, and the listing was accurate. My only complaint if I had one is that although the bedrooms are air-conditioned, the common areas are not (kitchen, dining, and family rooms). As we traveled in August and are not used to the heat, this was challenging for our group, but everything else (and the refreshing drinks the staff kept supplying!) made up for it. I would definitely book Casa Macumba again!

We were celebrating our 40th Wedding anniversary with our children. There were 7 of us (including our 2 yr old granddaughter). From the time we arrived, and were greeted at the door by the amazing staff (Anna, Tony & Humberto) w/ fresh cold washcloths, welcome drinks and appetizers, until we left (7 days later) we all felt like we were in an amazing dream. Villa Marea Baja is more than just a destination, it is an experience. For our family, it was a trip of a lifetime. Beautiful property tucked into the hills of Concha Chinas. So much to love about this place if you like being away from the bustle of the town and resort area. Location Yes there’s a hill to climb from the main road but if your not into walks Ubers are cheap. The bus stop for north south are directly at bottom of hill and easy and fun to catch for a day in Mismaloya. Convenience stores close by and simply beautiful views from the condo. I loved being tucked into the hillside with other properties and all the vegetation, made it feel like being a local in a neighborhood vs resort. At the time of our stay there was construction taking place around the hillside so the noise could be distracting if you were just staying put during the day, but the late afternoon into evening were amazing. Condo Even better than the pictures! Beautifully appointed, georgeous views and beyond comfortable experience. Modern with all appliances and the kitchen is equipped with excellent cookware and well maintained knives. We love to cook and this made our experience top shelf! Bedrooms on separate sides for privacy if you were staying with others. Building is secure and felt safe in the area. Simply amazing on all fronts. Concierges / property management Top shelf from beginning to end from booking, communication and services. Elisa was incredible and truly made our stay seamless. Highly recommend and we will be back!

What a beautiful tranquil oasis. We stayed here for a week and felt completely at peace and comfortable. The unit is as advertised and is in a great location slightly removed from Zona Romantica/Centro, but easily accessible via Uber & Taxi. Cinda (property owner) went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay. Very responsive to questions and quick to provide restaurant and activity tips. Thank you for making the trip truly excellent. When we come back to PV we will certainly check to see if your property is available. At the property, the staff were kind and generous. Hanz, our main concierge (for lack of a better title), could not have been more gracious or helpful. He helped arrange airport transportation, grocery delivery, and an in-unit massage treatment for us. All of the staff from the rooftop bar/restaurant to the security staff to the rest of the maintenance and property management crew were endlessly friendly and quick to provide help when asked. We made ample use of the excellent pool on the roof and the onsite fitness center. It was like staying at a high-end boutique hotel, but where we had a 2 bed 2 bath suite all to ourselves. We came at the beginning of the slow season, so the property wasn't particularly crowded. We frequently had the entire rooftop pool, staff, and sunsets all to ourselves. Perfect for us, but I have now doubt if you are looking for a more active scene that the property will be plenty busy in-season as you'd expect it to be.

We had a great time celebrating our son being cancer free! It was a wonderful break for us all! Property is beautiful, love the open air feel overlooking the ocean! Thank you for sharing your special place with us Rob!

Beautifully remodeled condo in the old Mexico style. Fabulous location fronting small beach coves and the ability to walk the shoreline to the north into town. Great soaking infinity pool, balcony and wonderful kitchen. We watched the whales all week long and had a great time. We also walked the beach to the south to a beachside restaurant. We would return again!
