This home will sleep a maximum of 6 people. We can offer the home to groups of up to 5 adults and 1 child. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

Please note, this is part of a duplex unit. The backyard and deck are shared with the unit next door.

In an ideal downtown location, this modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow was recently renovated and has everything you need for the perfect Morro Bay Getaway. You’ll enjoy views of Morro Rock from the back deck and are only 4 short blocks from the Embarcadero. With this vacation rental you have the option to park your car and not need it until its time to leave! The home is decorated to match the style and décor of the year the bungalow was built. Fresh and modern, you will enjoy every detail of this rental.

• Bedroom #1 with King Size Bed
• Bedroom #2 with Queen Size Bed
• Living room with comfy seating, Queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen tv
• Hall Bath with combination shower/tub and dual vanities (note there is only 1 bathroom in this home)
• Full Kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, and dining seating for 4 with bar seating for 2.
• Washer and dryer for guest use
• Back deck and large back yard (shared with unit next door)
• Back deck features a BBQ grill and Picnic style outdoor seating
• Ideal downtown location, walk to all the shops and restaurants!

The best part about this home is its location! You are within an easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants and all the shops and restaurants that the Embarcadero has to offer. Our stay at the Modern cottage in Morro Bay

We liked the house. But we were a little surprised it was 100 feet away from a bar and music venue, which did get a little loud on weekends. And what we thought was a backyard was more like a vacant lot on which strangers parked their cars. Also, there was not always street parking right in front of the house (specially on weekends)m but a weed never more than a block away. The house itself, and the furniture and beds, were very comfortable. And the house was impeccable clean. When I did have questions or issues, I always received a prompt-enough response from the Relax office, which I appreciated.

Great Location - Comfortable Cottage

We loved staying in this cottage where we could walk to great coffee and good restaurants. Our teen loved the thrift stores near us as well. The beds were super comfortable combined with the blackout curtains allowed us to have a good nights rest. Parking was easy even though there was not a designated parking space. Oh, and we have a great view of the Morro Rock from the back deck.

Great location easy to contact

I could literally park outside and walk to practically everything in Morro Bay. Close to downtown, the rock, etc... The property manager was easy to contact when I realized that the stove/oven/microwave wasn't working properly. They came quickly and were able to offer a workable solution. Nice place-I'd stay there again.

Central Coast Spring Break

Very clean and spacious. Very well stocked with anything you might need. Comfy beds and linens. Great location in a quiet neighborhood-just blocks away from restaurants, The Siren if you like live music, view of the rock. There was a farmer's market on Saturday afternoon. Would stay again.

Perfect on all counts

I did not go, the father and son went to spend time together with friends after the loss of the family matriarch. What they told me is that I couldn’t have found a better location, easily walkable to coffee shop, grocery store, water……and when we return, that is definitely the place to rent again.

Prime Location in the Heart of Town

The property was close to everything we wanted, shops, coffee and the Embarcadero. I wasn't paying attention when we booked it, so I didn't realize it was a duplex, but that wasn't an issue. Everything was clean and we had all of the amenities we needed. Plenty of fast hot water, which is always nice and a good kitchen (we mostly cooked in). The only downside to the central location was the very loud music from the club a block away on one night, but I guess that is the price you pay for being in the middle of the action. I would rent again.

Home away from home!

The location and the house were great. Walking distance to everything. The house was very well appointed and extremely clean. Would be nice to have some kitchen basics- cooking oil, sugar etc.

Spacious, easy walking to everything

Lots of space, everything is very nice and clean. Step out the door and you're within a couple blocks of pretty much everything that Morro Bay has to offer. We walked everywhere which is awesome.
