Welcome to your cozy and private 750 square foot, one-bedroom living unit in the highly sought after Mueller neighborhood. Enjoy the privacy of a separate entrance, a full kitchen with all implements and appliances, laundry, a desk/workstation, wireless internet, smart television, a king bed, and a private balcony. This is a stand-alone unit as opposed to units located in apartment complexes which are common in the area.

Aside from how beautiful this unit is - natural sunlight, open space, tons of creature comforts - the hosts were above and beyond extremely friendly and communicative. We were able to text any questions when needed. I felt hosted by them even though I never saw them!

The space is well thought-out and well laid-out for comfortable stays. The on-going care and maintenance give it the appearance of a brand new built. The stacked washer/dryer, desk space, 2 luggage racks, and large drawer under the bathroom countertop makes it easy to share the space with someone else. This will be our 'casita' when we visit family who live in Mueller. Great hosts.

Convenient, Clean, and Quiet

My wife and I needed a get-a-way and to explore Austin for the first time. This place was absolutely wonderful! It was very up to date and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive, convenient parking, and quiet neighborhood. Top notch and highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

The apartment is even better than presented: spacious, light filled, great kitchen/living room, very comfortable bed.Mueller is a beautiful walkable neighborhood with lots of trees, many parks and restaurants all within easy walking distance. I will definitely try to stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Brantley and Loren were great throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, within easy walking distance of restaurants, HEB, parks, and trails. We really enjoyed our stay!

Above and Beyond!

Loren and Brantley reached out a couple days before our check in dates to ensure a smooth transition the night of our arrival. The house was very clean and located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Both Loren and Brantley were very responsive to any questions/issues we had and helped resolve them in a timely manner! We would definitely stay here the next time we are in Austin!!

An Amazing Time

First the rental was beautiful and had everything you would need for a long stay. Even the grocery store is walkable if any supplies are needed. The privacy is amazing and the owners are commutative if any needs do come up. It was an easy stay in a beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone coming to Austin.

Wonderful place to vacation !

This was our first VRBO rental. We felt like we were at home. Everything was neat, clean, and organized. We enjoy cooking and found everything we needed. Loren and Brantley were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We plan to stay again! Mueller is a beautiful area to stay in. You can get anywhere in Austin in about 15 minutes. The neighborhood has a beautiful park and many restaurants.

Wonderful apartment

We just loved this apartment! Had everything we needed and more. The hosts made it super easy to find and the communication was fast and seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location was perfect for us. Great shops and restaurants close by. Sunday markets were fun with tons of stalls and fabulous food. We will stay here again.

We had a perfect weeklong stay. Loren is a wonderful host, easy, friendly communication. I’ve never had an easier checkout! The space feels much larger than the square footage suggests, with high ceilings and a large bedroom with a king bed. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. This is definitely somewhere we want to stay at again.

Amazing!

My husband and I were in town for UT football, soccer (BIG 12 Champs!), and basketball (season opener). This was the perfect home base for us. My husband walked to his morning workouts at OTF. I was able to bake some goodies for the basketball team (Brantley provided the baking items necessary and that I was accustomed to using back home). It was nice to learn a bit about the history of the neighborhood and the miles of walking trails/sidewalks were much appreciated. The washer/dryer were handy as well so that we didn’t have to travel home with stinky clothes! We will definitely come back.

Loren and Brantley have lived in the main house for over 12 years. They absolutely love this house and this neighborhood and have found their "forever" home here. Loren is a firefighter and Brantley is a programmer for an inventory management software company. They have two children. Loren spends his time at home looking at various ways to make the house better, cooking, and doing kid stuff. Brantley spends her time at home working and doing kid stuff.
