60 M2 ACCOMMODATION (Chez Jeannot) with 540 M2 of land, sleeps 2–4, in ESPINCHAL (1,050 m above sea level) <br><br>A charming little house fully renovated in 2020, ideally located for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet and plenty of space.<br><br>A comfortable rental for 2–4 people (1 bedroom with a 140-cm bed + a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 4 adults)<br><br>Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, Senseo, electric kettle, toaster, raclette set.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (1 router for both cottages)<br><br>120cm HD TV with USB media player.<br><br>Crib, high chair, and baby bathtub available.<br><br>Air-conditioned for your comfort + electric convection heaters.<br><br>Cleaning not included; cleaning service available for 50 euros<br><br>Bedding and towels not included. Sheets available for rent: 15€ per bed; towels: 5€.<br><br>There is a vacation rental above this one, so you may occasionally hear footsteps from the guests upstairs.<br><br><br>The village is nestled between lakes and volcanoes, near the Cantal Mountains and the Cézallier Plateau.<br><br>Absolute tranquility, in the heart of unspoiled, restful nature.<br><br>For a bit of brown trout fishing or simply to enjoy the scenery, there’s a lovely wild stream just 300 m away.<br><br>Located just outside the village.<br><br>In winter, it’s perfect for enjoying the snow: snowshoeing, sledding, and cross-country skiing; very close to the downhill ski resorts of Super-Besse and Chastreix-Sancy, and just a stone’s throw from the Picherande cross-country ski area.<br><br>In summer, it’s ideal for biking (road or mountain bike), hiking, and enjoying this stunning natural setting.<br><br><br>

Excellent accueil et facilité de communication.Logement propre, joliment décoré et bien équipé.Idéalement situé pour faire de longues balades. Dommage que la météo n'ait pas été plus clémente. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse et du grand jardin. Raison supplémentaire pour revenir :)
