Perfect for our holiday

What a lovely arrival to this property, a warm welcome from Sandrine and a hamper of selected goodies, including local products. Thank you Sandrine for the written instructions to find the house, without which we would have struggled. It is a perfect holiday home with both indoor and outdoor space. The heated swimming pool was put to good use. The garden was much appreciated for its peace and calm and beautiful flora, especially the Albizio tree. Many thanks for making our holiday so special.

A Piece of PĂ©rigord Paradise

This property is an excellent choice for seeing the sights of PĂ©rigord and surrounding areas. There is plenty to do in the area and the house is very well equipped for the whole family. We stayed for two weeks and could have easily stayed more (perhaps next time). The property owner was on hand should the need arise and was there to welcome us on our arrival and even left us a little welcome gift, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended to families wanting their own little piece of PĂ©rigord paradise. Thank you Sandrine - we hope to see you again! The Parsons!

A brilliant place for a relaxing family holiday

This place really is brilliant. So peaceful and so much to keep all the family entertained and/or relaxed. A really good sized house, tastefully decorated, with 3 bedrooms, all together at the far end of the house. It has a fully equipped kitchen - we cooked everyday and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The lounge and office area are bigger than they look and you have the option to dine inside or outside. The house is all on one level and is attached to the house next door, by the far wall in the lounge, but to all extents and purposes, it's a detached house. We barely saw and rarely heard the people staying in the house next door. The outside area is brilliant - so much space for the kids to run and play. They loved the play frame and the basketball net. There's also a ping pong table, badminton and other games for the family to enjoy. The best thing about this place though is the pool. It was heated and fenced and a really good size. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place. It's really good value for money, and a great base to explore the surrounding area. We used the local bakery in Montignac Lascaux town, and the Intermarche on the outskirts of ML - both were great and had everything we needed. They were about a 12 minute drive away. Sarlat is a 25 minute drive, Perigueux is about an hour away and there are many other great places to visit in between. Thanks to Sandrine for her help and hospitality.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans une maison qui ne manque de rien (idéal pour une famille). La maison est parfaitement située pour visiter les magnifiques lieux alentour ( Sarlat, Lascaux...etc..). Pour finir une propriétaire d'une trÚs grande gentillesse et facilement joignable en cas de soucis. Nous recommandons fortement cette location

La location de la trĂšs jolie maison de Madame Verdier a cochĂ© toutes les cases de ce que nous recherchions, Ă  savoir : * un endroit au calme absolu avec une piscine privative chauffĂ©e et trĂšs agrĂ©able * une maison rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t et d’intelligence * une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable * un Ă©quipement ultra complet (il ne manque rien) * une literie de qualitĂ© * une localisation idĂ©ale dans une trĂšs belle rĂ©gion connue pour son Histoire et sa gastronomie Bon Ă  savoir : * la maison reste surprenamment trĂšs fraĂźche en cas de fortes chaleurs extĂ©rieures, ce qui autorise des nuits particuliĂšrement reposantes * la voiture est nĂ©cessaire pour se rendre aux restaurants alentours ou pour faire des courses. Pour nous, ça n’était pas du tout un problĂšme mais bien le corollaire logique d’une maison situĂ©e au calme Ă  la campagne * les propriĂ©taires ne sont pas directement sur place mais totalement disponibles au besoin Enfin, nous remercions Madame Verdier pour son joli panier gourmand de bienvenue et sa souplesse, considĂ©rant que nous avons effectuĂ© notre rĂ©servation en derniĂšre minute. AssurĂ©ment, nous retenons cette adresse pour un futur nouveau sĂ©jour en Dordogne et la recommandons Ă  nos proches.

Vacances PĂ©rigord

Nous y avons passĂ© une semaine avec un couple d’amis qui a un enfant de 1 an. La piscine est trĂšs bien placĂ©e, au calme et sĂ©curisĂ©e. Nous avons beaucoup utilisĂ©s la plancha, trĂšs pratique car facile Ă  nettoyer 😊 Ă  moins de 15 mn en voiture il y a la grotte de Lascaux 2, Sarlat se trouve Ă  30 mn. La semaine est passĂ©e vite car gĂ©niale !!! Nous recommandons cette location. Sandrine a Ă©tĂ© disponible en cas d’interrogations.

TrÚs agréable.

Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux avec des explications claires et complÚtes sur le fonctionnement de l'électroménager, les visites et balades de la région, les restaurants, les activités .... Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires. La location est trÚs propre agréable et avec tout le confort. Et la cerise sur le gùteau, une super piscine chauffée à 28°.

Superbe maison pour des vacances au calme

Maison idéale pour des vacances au calme dans un écrin de verdure. La maison est tout équipée, il y a une structure de jeux pour les enfants jusque 7 ans et la piscine avec ses parasols est une invitation au repos et aux jeux avec les enfants. Et la région est superbe à visiter. Nous reviendrons.
