• wide steps leading into the main swimming area with a depth of 1.50 metres;
• a maximum depth of 1.65 metres, allowing careful diving.
For safety and peace of mind, the pool is protected by an electric safety cover fully compliant with French swimming pool regulations, operated easily by remote control.
Those who enjoy serious swimming will appreciate the premium German-built counter-current swimming system, allowing unlimited swimming in place for fitness or pleasure and providing endless fun for both children and adults.
An energy-efficient heating system maintains the water at a comfortable 28°C, while the Provençal sunshine frequently raises the temperature naturally to 29–30°C during the summer.
Comfort and Sustainability
The villa was built to meet the demanding standards of the French BBC (Low Energy Building) label and benefits from excellent thermal insulation, helping to keep the interior naturally cool during the summer while minimising the need for air conditioning.
When required, a premium reversible air-conditioning system installed in 2019 provides additional comfort.
Every window is fitted with either fixed or removable insect screens, allowing guests to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the cool night air without the need for chemical mosquito repellents.
