KITCHEN CORNER: 2 ceramic hobs, washing machine, large refrigerator with freezer section, microwave. TV.
Air-conditioned apartment.
SANITARY: Shower room with shower, separate WC.
Residence with swimming pool 500 meters from Richelieu Beach.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to authorization from the co-ownership, it is normally open from mid-June to early September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
