At the foot of the slopes and in the heart of the Arc 1800 village, l'Ecrin is a new luxury residence with a gym, sauna, hammam and free parking.

The apartment is spacious with beautiful finishes, a large terrace, a clear view and a complete equipment: private WiFi, washing machine with drying, dishwasher, ...

You will be greeted by a top-of-the-range concierge service - preparation of beds, towels and welcome kit in the bathrooms, cleaning on departure.

The space
The apartment offers beautiful volumes and neat finishes with a light oak parquet floor and a double wooden terrace facing west. You will appreciate the magnificent sunsets and the 180° view over the valley and the Beaufortin massifs, you will notably recognize the characteristic summit of the Pierra Menta.

To the right of the entrance is a large storage area and the night section with bedrooms and bath-room. Opposite, the large living room that opens onto the terrace and an open view.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hotplates, fridge, freezer, ...

A first bedroom, with a double bed and a shower room, opens onto the terrace. A second bedroom has a washbasin and offers a choice of a double bed or two twin beds. The third bedroom offers 2 bunk beds.

The bathroom has a bathtub, a WC and a washing-drying machine. There is also a second separate WC.

Guest access
You can move in easily using the unloading area at the door of the building, and then park for free in the covered car park of the apartment a few metres away, without steps or lift. You can recharge your electric vehicle at the residence's recharging point.

The following services and equipment are offered free of charge with the apartment : a parking space in the covered car park 30m away, private WiFi, free access to the equipped fitness room, sauna, Hammam and relaxation room, 2 private ski lockers, one of which is equipped with boot dryers for 10 pairs, access to the bicycle room, a complete concierge service : reception, beds made on arrival, bath sheets, cleaning on departure.

Other services are available on request from the concierge who will welcome you: ski passes and ski lessons booking, transfers, delivery of groceries, coaching, massage services, bathrobe, 2nd parking space ...

Other things to note
The fitness area is freely accessible from 9am to 9pm: treadmill, bike, elliptical bike, rowers, changing rooms and showers. Sauna, hammam and relaxation room from 1pm to 9pm.

These facilities are reserved for the twenty-nine apartments of the residence.

Please note that the actual opening of the sauna and hammam will depend on the regulatory constraints in force at the time of your stay (COVID).
