This lovely apartment is on the corner of world famous Fontana di Trevi square, reachable by walk in a few seconds. It can host up to 5 people in one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, and a large living room with a big double sofa bed and a single portable bed. There is also a nice kitchen well equipped, TV and air conditioning in all rooms. Free Wifi!

2nd floor, no elevator

Located in the heart of Rome, this cozy apartment is just at the corner of Trevi Fountain. Set in a historic building dated from 1913, this particular accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning / heater in all rooms.

It can host a maximum of 5 people in one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, and a large living room with a big double sofa bed, a single portable bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a nice kitchen fully equipped and a dinner table for 4.

House rules

- There is a tourist tax (charged by the local government) that must be paid upon arrival and in cash. It's € 3.50 per person, per night (children under 10 years old are free of charge) and for a maximum of 10 nights.

- Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm

In case you need a late check-in (due to flight cancellations, delays or any other reason), there will be extra fees, according to the time of arrival. The fees should be paid at the arrival, in cash, as it follows:

From 8pm - 10pm = € 25
From 10pm - midnight = € 35
After midnight = € 40 + € 10 each hour (€ 50 at 1am, € 60 at 2am and so on ...)

In case of an early arrival, it's possible to storage your luggage before check-in time (from 11: 30h)

- No parties allowed

- No smoking allowed

- Please be aware of the neighbors and keep it quiet at night

- Please do not move furniture around. If you need any changes in the apartment, please contact the owner

- Please do not eat or drink in beds

- Please make sure you bring your keys with you when you leave the apartment and lock the doors. In case you lose the keys, you will be charged

- We kindly ask you to be gentle when opening and closing the doors in order to avoid keys from breaking. In case there's some kind of damage to the door or if you break a key, you will be charged

- Checkout is until 11am. If you need a late checkout, please tell the owner in advance so he / she can see if it's possible

- We kindly ask you to separate the garbage (as it will be explained during check-in) and put it away as it should

- Do not throw anything else other than toilet paper in the toilet

- Do not put hot things on wooden bases

- Be careful not to stain the walls with shoe prints

- Please turn off all electric devices every time you exit the apartment (such as air conditioning, lights and TV) so we can avoid incidents, save energy and help the planet

- Please leave the house as tidy as possible before checking out

- Please send us a message before your arrival so we can arrange check in time accurately and avoid wait (for you and the owner)


Host availability

The owner (or someone designated by him / her) will welcome you and explain how everything works in the apartment. Prior to your arrival, we will exchange all the important information about your needs. She / he will also be available in case of an emergency or special needs during your stay, always respecting your privacy.
