Campo de’ Fiori 35 - modern and quiet, in the center of Rome

Rome's glorious past meets modern design and comfort at Campo de' Fiori 35. Our latest acquisition is a mezzanine loft right on the world-famous piazza, just seconds away from the renowned street market and the nearby restaurants, cafes and shops!

Major landmarks such as Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Jewish Ghetto and Piazza Venezia are all within walking distance. Castel Sant’Angelo, the Colosseum or the Vatican area can also be reached on foot, or by taking a bus for a handful of stops!

Worried about the noise in such a central area? Fear not: this small apartment, which can accommodate up to four people, faces a courtyard away from the crowds and the hustle and bustle of Campo, guaranteeing peace and quiet.

In this recent renovation project, the original seventeenth-century exposed beams in the ceiling and hardwood floors contrast beautifully with a decidedly more contemporary approach that has transformed these once humble quarters into a carefully thought-out living space, with one bedroom on each level - ideal for two couples who want to maintain their privacy while traveling together! Both beds are standard European double beds. An extra single bed can also be found on the upper level.

We regret that this accommodation is not suitable for infants or young children due to the stairs connecting the upper beds to the lower level of the mezzanine. The flat is located on the first floor of an ancient building and it has no elevator: travelers with mobility issues should keep this in mind.

The kitchen will allow you to prepare very simple meals from scratch, and comes complete with the main appliances: a fridge and freezer, microwave, gas oven and dishwasher. The apartment also has its own washing machine (no drying facilities).
The bathroom has a large shower with spa jets - for extra relaxation after your Roman explorations!

Each level of the apartment has a Smart TV with a complimentary Netflix account. Also complimentary: a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and a safe for the storage of your valuables.

Campo de' Fiori 35 has its own air conditioning system, which can also be used for heating during the colder months.
