A stunning apartment, with spectacular city , Adriatic sea, and district views. Located on the top floor of a modern 4 story building (main entrance from level 2), in a great and safe location in Dubrovnik, close to old town. The two double bedrooms, bathroom, plus WC and kitchen will comfortably accommodate 4 guests, just 10 minutes walk from the Old City. Even that apartment is on 4th level, there is no lift, since the main entrance starts from level 2.
A beautiful panoramic view from the balcony across Dubrovnik, the Adriatic Sea to Lapad Bay and the islands beyond will make your stay memorable. The balcony is shaded and its perfect for watching the sunset over stunning Adriatic, and wonderful big sailing ships passing by.
The apartment is air-conditioned, light, airy and nicely furnished, giving the apartment a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
In the surrounding areas, Banje beach is within walking distance, as are grocery stores, bakeries and a local bus stop. The airport is less than thirty minutes by car or bus. Parking is available ONLY for a small car. Alternatively, city garage parking is three minutes walk from the apartment, but please check the price on the web page of Dubrovnik public garage. The price change throughout the season and can be quite pricey.
This apartment is fully equipped for 4 people, and only the number of people specified in the booking confirmation are permitted to stay. Only guests are allowed to stay overnight or use the facilities without the express permission of the host. We have the right to enter the apartment without notice or permission of the guest, but only where there is reasonable suspicion for danger to the guest or apartment. If you decide to terminate your stay earlier, you must pay for the entire reservation. The price for the apartment for the whole period needs to be paid within the first day of your stay.
The apartment is kept in neutral tones, this apartment comes with many first-rate amenities such as complimentary WiFi or WLAN, Satellite LED TV, WIFI speaker, spacious living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and an excellently equipped kitchen.
The kitchen includes: dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, plates and glasses, and cooking utensils are all supplied!
There are chairs and a table on the balcony to enjoy the view. There is a tea, coffee, milk, water, and fruit for you to get you started. Also rakija (Croatian brandy) to welcome you.

Your room has comfortable beds with a excellent mattresses, and you will find plenty of space in the wardrobe and on the shelves.
Bed linen and fresh towels are supplied for your comfort, and spare linen is provided.
The Bathroom: Very well presented with washing machine, hair dryer, toilet and shower. There is an second, separate toilet as well.
An iron and ironing board are also supplied.
If you came by plane, you can take Airport bus and some local buses from the main road, to go to the Dubrovnik main bus station. From there you can get bus number 8 to “Ilijina Glavica”, and walk to the apartment.
We can arrange transfer to/from Dubrovnik Airport for additional fees, to our guests, please ask me upon your confirmation.
There is a free parking place ( small car only) in front of the building allocated for this apartment. Please note that parking in and around Old Town parking is metered. It is recommended to walk or use the bus around the city, which would eliminate driving stress and parking problems. You will find the bus time table in the apartment.
The basic house rule is 'Please look after this home like it is your own” We therefore kindly ask you to respect our privacy and to read these rules carefully.
Upon arrival at the apartment, please submit your identity card or passport to the host for registration in local tourist biro ( Croatia law)
We are not responsible to clean the apartment while you are there, but during your stay please keep it clean and tidy. Bed linen is included and changed every 7 days. There is a spare set of linen in the cabinets, as well as towels. It is not permitted to take our towels to the beach, so remember to bring your own beach towels.
Please take note that you are staying in a NON smoking apartment. You may only smoke on the balcony. Use of large amount of alcoholic drinks and other intoxicants in the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Please remember to turn off all electrical appliances including the air-conditioning, lights when you go out. Do not run the air-conditioning while the windows are OPEN. Please close the shutters while you are out to prevent exposure to sun or rain. Furthermore, it is not permitted to bring electric appliances into the apartment without the host's permission. This rule does not apply to electric appliances for personal care.
Since that there are other people living in the building the rule of being a good neighbour always applies. There are no restrictions as to what time guests can come and go. It is common courtesy to be quiet if you are returning late at night. We kindly ask you to avoid any noise between 10 pm and 6 am. Also please avoid noise during day time hours, as other residents might be having rest at this time (siesta). In case of complaints by neighbours regarding loud music, parties on the property, or if they have called the police, you may be asked to leave the apartment immediately, regardless of time of day (or night).
Please inform us of any damaged item so that we can repair or exchange it. Guest who intentionally or accidentally damage (if not very little damage) will be charged for repairs. If you lose the keys, you will be charged for door lock replacement. The guest is not allowed to move the furniture or any equipment without special permission.
Pets are not allowed! Bringing pets without prior announcement is not allowed, we have the right to cancel accommodation.
We disclaim any liability for personal belongings and items of value left in your room. Please lock the apartment when you leave.
We kindly ask you to vacate the premises the day of departure by 10:00 am so that it can be cleaned and made up for the other guests who come after you. They have the right to enter by 14:00 pm. Late check-out (after 10.00 am) must be organised with the host at least 2 days before your departure. If we have no one arriving on the day of your departure we are happy to be flexible, as well as for your check in. On a late check out we also can storage your luggage for your convince. Keys must be returned at the end of your stay.
Interactions with Guests
You must inform us what time you will be arriving for your stay. We do not live at the same apartment block, so we need to meet you there. Short time window would be highly appreciated.
We will leave you alone, but if you need something email me please or alternatively you will have a phone number in apartment who to call.
