About this property

North House With Pool And Lake View

North House is reached by travelling along the Gardesana Road and is located a few metres from the beach and approximately 700 metres from the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Restaurants and Bars, which you can reach on foot using the lakeside promenade.



The apartment is located on the second floor within a property consisting of several apartments with a shared swimming pool. There is a lift inside.



LIVING AREA

Entering the apartment, you find yourself in the living room overlooking the balcony with a table to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Garda.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, and oven.

A large dining table completes the dining area, and a sofa allows you to comfortably watch the flat-screen satellite TV. The terrace is accessible from the kitchen and equipped with an outdoor table with an umbrella for your lunches or dinners.



BEDROOMS

The first bedroom consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables with table lamps, and access to the balcony through a French window. Inside the room there is also a bathroom with a shower.



The other room consists of two single beds, a large wardrobe and two bedside tables, and access to the balcony through a French window.

The shower bathroom serving the room is located immediately outside it.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free WiFi, satellite TV.

A washing machine is located in the common garage area shared with other apartments.



You will be able to park your car inside the facility in the covered garage where 1 parking space is reserved for the apartment.



OUTDOOR & POOL

On the property, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool with two other apartments, equipped with a solarium area with umbrellas available for all guests. The pool is open all year round and is not heated. You will also find a gas BBQ at your disposal.



THE AREA

From the lakeside walk, you can reach the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle on foot in about 10 minutes.



A few metres from the apartment, we have the bus stop available and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west bank of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a trip to the various towns around the Lake.



From this location you can reach Malcesine, about 20 km away, and take a trip on Monte Baldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana area.

Verona is about 45 km away and Venice about 160 km.

Great views

This apartment was great, great views of the lake, a short walk to town. Pool was freezing unfortunately when we were there. Would stay again without hesitation.

Fabulous apartment in excellent location

We loved our stay here- the pictures didn’t do it justice- the view was awesome, the apartment perfect. 2 beds, locks on the doors. The terraces were perfect for relaxing with a drink meal or soaking up the sun on a lounger. The pool - altho fairly small - was a huge hit with my 11 year old son. North house with pool is in a great location. Far enough away to be quiet and peaceful but near the beautiful town of torri to walk in for a meal at night. The local shops sell quality authentic and local ingredients and the kitchen is well equipped to be able to make a meal. We made use of the very close proximity to the lake, just across one road. There was plenty of towels and bed linen and soap:shower gel provided. We felt safe and secure with the codes and locked gates and altho the common areas shared it did not detract from our holiday. This was a much anticipated and postponed holiday to lake Garda… and domus rental communication and agreement to retain the deposit for the following years was very much appreciated. So glad we finally got there. Luca and Ginevra were so very helpful- with very quick responses to emails. They also arranged taxi transfer for us and dealt with v last minute calls promptly and efficiently. The air con had a fault and a technician was sent the next day. The place is clean and very comfortable. We didn’t use the TV at all- why would you when you have that view!! Thank you again!! We will be back!! I don’t think you could have made our stay any better!!

Sehr schöner Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber, die Lage einfach toll.In den Schränken sind keine Regalböden. Mehr Ablagefläche in der Küche wäre gut.Der Parkplatz ist ungünstig gelegen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Blick auf den Gardasee

Die Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Gardasee ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Ausstattung ist toll. Wenn das Wetter passt kann man die beiden Terrassen zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang genießen, Vom Service sind wir auch Positiv überrascht. Bei Fragen bekamen wir innerhalb kurzen Zeit eine Rückantwort. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit dem Auto schnell in alle Richtungen am See. Selbst die Fähre für die andere Seeseite ist nur wenige Minuten weg. Zu Fuss sind es nur 5 - 10 Minuten nach Torri del Benaco. Die Wohnung kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer müsste getauscht werden. Die Messer in der Küche sind etwas wenig. Im zweiten Bad fehlt der Toilettenpapierhalter. Es wäre auch nicht schlecht, wenn es im Eingangsbereich eine Garderobe geben würde.

Wunderbarer Ausblick!

Die Aussicht und die zusätzlichen liegen oben auf dem Balkon. Zusätzliche Handtücher. Mehr Trockentücher wären schön und ein großes Schneidebrett. Polster für die Stühle wären auch toll. Für uns war der Aufenthalt wieder super und wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank!

Toller Ort und Wohnung zum urlauben, Pool ist super und ist für 3 FeWo und eine hauptwohnung sehr schön. Die Matratzen im hauptschlafzimmer könnten mal erneuert werden. Das war aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Tolle Seesicht auf dem Balkon

Es war alles sehr sauber . Die Betten dürfen etwas größer und die Arbeitsfläche war sehr knapp beme.

Der Pool war Tipp topp . Die Vermietung war sehr nett . Die Tiefgarage war ein großes Plus . Bad sehr klein aber sehr sauber .Die Kaffeemaschinen waren sehr langsam und dürften entkalkt werden . Der Ausblick war richtig schön und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden . Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Ferienwohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Leider sind die Kleiderschränke sehr klein und Einlegeböden fehlen. Die Sessel mit Blick auf den See sind leider sehr unbequem. Es sind kleine Mängel, die einfach zu ändern wären. Das ist etwas schade. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung traumhaft schön und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren nun schon zum 2. Mal hier im Urlaub und sind einfach mehr als begeistert !!!Die Wohnung ist top, die Möglichkeit zu haben, in den Pool zu gehen ist toll und die Lage ist sowieso der Hammer...Zu alledem sind Luca und Allessandra so liebenswerte Menschen, dass wir uns jetzt schon wieder auf nächste Jahr freuen...wir haben wieder gebucht:o) Mehr braucht man wohl nicht sagen :o)
