Located on the Côte de Lumière, this house is the perfect place to get together with the family and share beautiful holidays by the sea. The major advantage of this rental: its exterior with garden and terrace, ideal for moments of conviviality with children. After spending a day at the beach, turn on the barbecue and grill your meat, freshly purchased at the Halles Centrales market in Les Sables d'Olonne.



Welcoming and fully equipped 100 m² house in Olonne-sur-Mer which has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fenced garden, a 20 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, WiFi internet access and 2 televisions, an iron, electric heating and a garage with parking. The independent kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It also has a washing machine and a dryer. The property has been refurbished, which really makes it very nice. It is cool, even in the heat and very roomy and easy to maintain. The company managing the property is excellent and alsways at hand. This house is 5min from the supermarket and shopping complex and 15min from one of the loveliest beaches of the Vendêe. Highly recommended for a family stay.

Très belle maison où l'on se sent comme chez soi, très propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut. De plus, les commerces et la plage sont à 5mn en voitures. Le quartier est également très calme et agréable. Mention spécial pour Annabelle pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris du calme et de la tranquillité du quartier.La maison est très agréable à vivre surtout en vacances. Exposée plein sud, on peut profiter du soleil toute la journée, et se préparer le repas avec la plancha ou la barbecue. Les pièces ainsi que les chambres sont très agréable à vivre. Je recommande cette maison pour un séjour au moins d'une semaine pour pouvoir aussi profiter de la région exceptionnelle, de la plage à 10 minutes en voiture. Les supermarchés sont très près de la maison aussi, c'est super facile. En plus d'un super acceuil.

Logement hyper bien equipe

Maison ideale pour passer des vacances en famille. Le lieu repond a tous les besoins. Le jardin, sa terrasse et ses figuiers m ont permise de me detendre et d apprecier le moment present. Nous n avions pas de vehicule, un depliant pour se deplacer en transport oleane a disposition serait un plus. Sur internet, la recherche n etait pas evidente.
