The perfect property for our summer adventures! Sandrine was a great host- meeting us to hand over keys, explain everything we needed to know and even left us a bottle of champagne!The garden was great for family BBQs and the kitchen had everything we needed too. The playground is a short walk from the door and our 3 year old loved it! The location is also really quiet and tranquil - but a great base to visit towns like Epernay and Reims.I’d highly recommend this place!!

Fishing holiday

We could imagine living there.

Excellent gite very well equipped with a sunny aspect for the afternoon. Set in a quiet village for a relaxing break but near Dormans for supplies. Beautiful countryside with Champagne vineyards. Our host was most helpful and went beyond duty when we needed help with an emergency.

Great property and great host

We, a family of 5, enjoyed staying at this Gite very much. It was perfectly situated for what we wanted to do in the area, we could even manage day trips to Disney land etc. The kids enjoyed the park nearby on our 'rest' days. The Gite was well equiped and we can not fault it all. Thank you very much Sandrine!

Fantastic stay

Massive thank you to sandrine and her husband -who are so kind and helpful. The property is very homely it’s well equipped , I love the fact that wifi is not strong so our teens had a great time with table tennis and playing football etc … The property is so Beautiful, clean and a lovely quiet area ! Great views … Can’t recommend enough - a little gem ! Thank you so much :) would love to come back :)

Wonderful

A lovely well appointed house with a nice large garden set in a quiet pretty village with views across the vineyards. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and Sandrine had left us a bottle of champagne and some biscuits as a welcoming gift,which was very much appreciated. Sandrine is a lovely, friendly and welcoming host. The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Champagne.

Stay in the champagne region.

Wonderful three bedroom home in the champagne region about two hours east of Paris. The area has a great deal to offer for those interested in champagne or WWI history. The village is very small with no services to offer, but other villages are within 10-30 minutes that provide all possible services from restaurants to historical sites. Owners of the property are outstanding with communication and customer service. If you are use to air conditioning or central air as in the USA, understand most of Europe does not have such systems in homes. Thus, beware some evenings in the Summer can be warm. The Gite had all required items needed to enjoy the stay. Large food store (Carrefour) about a 5-10 drive from the Gite along with a number of restaurants. Be sure to visit the WWI Memorial in Dormans!

Great stay in a lovely house, clean and complete.

The communication with Sandrine was very easy and good. We had a great 'Bienvenue' from her and her husband. Lovely people. The house was very nice. Large bed rooms and bath room upstairs. And enough room downstairs. Everything was complete. Nothing was missing. The beds were already made, and towels were there, so we were happy we didn't have to bring that (5 people in 1 car, with luggage, you can imagine...) Also, the house was very clean. Really nice! The area is very quiet. We like it, but I gave it 4 stars, because for more activity, or going to the supermarket, you'll need a car. But staying at home is nice here too. Lovely garden. And we walked in the neighborhood, to the church and the vineyards. We truly recommend! We also visited Reims, 30 minute drive. Nice to visit the cathedral, and the city center. And we went to Paris 1,5 hour drive without traffic. Totally worth it!

Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat alles, was man braucht und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir waren mit dem Zug in Paris. Vom Bahnhof aus kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erlaufen. Eperny, mit dem tollen Champagner-Museum mit Audioguide brachte uns die Gegend und die Champagner-Herstellung näher. Reims lädt zu einem Stadtbummel ein. Und natürlich lässt es sich sehr schön durch die Weinberge wandern. Wir sind erholt und ziehen mit neuen Eindrücken weiter. Danke an die Gastgeber.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Sandrine. Située dans un petit village calme et reposant, elle est très bien équipée, y compris pour tous petits, et bien entretenue. La literie est bonne. Le jardin est agréable avec pour voisin un cheval dans son pré, chouette animation pour nos filles. Tous les commerces sont dans le village voisin à moins de 10 min en voiture. On garde l'adresse !

Alles wunderbar, gerne wieder...

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Angaben im vollen Umfang, Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Alles sauber, es fehlt nichts im Hause, sogar zum Grillen ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

In dem Haus gibt es alles was man als Familie braucht. Spielzeug für die Kinder, sogar ein eigenes Malzimmer mit White Board, wahnsinnig cool gemacht! Perfect House for familys with Kids. Thank you Sandrine for this offer, such a good Service cannot be taken for granted!

Un gite dans lequel il fait bon vivre.

Nous avons été à la recherche de nos ancêtres champenois (genealogie)... notre gite etait parfait. Que du positif, autant pour le gite que pour nos adorables logeurs. Comfortabel verblijf in de Champagne

De accommodatie was goed verzorgt en volledig ingericht. De locatie zeer mooi, te midden van de glooiende velden (de champagne route). Op een uur rijden van Reims en veel champagne huizen op loop-of fietsafstand.
