This condo is located north of the Mountain House base area, just before River Run Village. It sits just a short drive from skiing and riding in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. A bike path runs right past the property, winds through the resort, and leads to Lake Dillon and even Breckenridge. The Outlets at Silverthorne are just eight miles west for terrific shopping opportunities while Arapahoe Basin is only five miles northeast for more wintertime fun. The resort shuttle makes it easy for guests to get to a variety of nearby, seasonal activities including stand-up paddleboarding, golf, ice skating, and more.

Affordable family place to stay

The condo was affordable for our family of 5 to be able to all sleep there. Restaurants very close/within short walking distance and the kids loved the pool. We would stay there again!

This Property is in a Great Location...A very short walk to Keystone River Run Village!! Affordable, Clean, and has all of the Amenities that you will need. Family and I will stay here again!

Wonderful location

We loved how close it was to the slopes. Coffee shop/brewery, ski rental shop, grocery and liquor store all located at bottom level underneath the unit.

Nice stay in a great location!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets and towels. It’s very conveniently located above a small grocery shop and is a quick drive from Dillon. It was quiet and relaxing. My only complaint is that there was not enough toilet paper, but given the grocery shop downstairs, it was a problem I easily resolved. I would return!

Why is there a cleaning fee if you don't clean

we got in late but property was a little unkempt there was a shirt hanging in the shower, pill wrappers on the window and crumbs all over the table. It seemed like no one even touched the room after the last tennant left I dont mind paying the addtl cleaning fees but if the room didnt get cleaned what did we pay for?

Small, efficiency-type unit

The building was nice and we loved the hot tub, pool, and having a secure parking garage. The unit is an "efficiency unit" rather than a condo, as there is no real bedroom or kitchen. The owners have made a good effort to provide various cooking appliances, like a toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, but the frig and sink are very small and there is minimal work space. The queen bed is a murphy bed with a very soft mattress, which was a surprise to us since we'd seen no mention of it in the description and wondered why there weren't any pictures of the queen bed, only the bunk beds. It worked out OK for us for 2 nights but it was challenging to try to cook anything more than a one-pot meal as there just isn't enough space. There is a small chest freezer in the closet we didn't know was there until leaving (there was only one thing in it, so it appeared to be OK for guests to use and not for "owner use only") so if you wanted to just thaw pre-frozen meals in the microwave or toaster oven, you could make that work. There's no freezer section of the mini frig, but it will freeze your food if you leave it set on high (as we found it) instead of dialing it down to medium or lower cooling. The bathtub/shower fixture is really loose and leaks, but works OK if you are careful, and there are plenty of towels.

It was a prefect getaway. Cozy and beyond quiet. The easiest access in and out of the condo to ADVENTURE. The pool and hot tub area were clean and perfect temperature the STEEP down the walkway has the best coffee etc.
