The living room opens onto a balcony equipped with 1 table and 2 chairs, ideal for enjoying fresh air !

Definition of awful -
To access the apartment, I had to collect keys from a lockbox at the office, which was impossible to find. Then I discovered that the instructions I'd been given for locating the apartment door were inaccurate. The "label with your name" on the door of the apartment was also missing. I finally identified the apartment by trying the keys in several doors and entering the one that opened.
Once inside I found a rank smell, a door lock suspended on one screw, a light fixture hanging by wires from the ceiling, a cracked mirror, and a dented poster.
The apartment was dirty, every surface was coated with grime, and the square of carpet was filthy.
The night before I left I received an email asking me to return the keys to the lockbox in the Majordome Privé office. Along with the reminders to leave the apartment "tidy", this request confirmed my idea that Majordome Privé doesn't clean between rentals. When the previous resident uses a napkin to brush crumbs to the floor, that's your "clean".
When I moved the dresser to retrieve a pen I discovered that the floor next to the wall was a mess of rotting food, the cords and outlets covered with black mold.
The fold-down couch produced two humps and an enormous trench and was a very uncomfortable place to try to sleep.
Will never rent from this company again.

Thank you for your comment. We'd like to clarify a few points, as it's clear that you weren't the only one to have a bad experience - we were too.
To say that you couldn't find the flat or the keys, when there was a video and detailed instructions on how to get there, is unfortunate to say the least. As for your comments about cleanliness, we take them on board, but it is strange that previous guests have never raised such complaints, as previous comments show. Don't be fooled, the house is cleaned between each rental.
We also have reviews of this property on other platforms, so I think our future tenants will be able to make up their own minds.
On the other hand, it is also audacious to leave us such a comment after we showed our kindness by helping you when you dropped a set of keys in the bins and we made ourselves available to assist you. Furthermore, we intervened on several occasions during your 28 night stay with us, for various so-called problems you encountered.
Your comment is therefore not only unjustified, but also devoid of any appreciation of the assistance we have provided.
