A T2 house of 61 m2 located in a busy and quiet area with terrace and garden. In a secure residence. The accommodation is located 15 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes by car from the Saint-Charles train station, 15 minutes by car from the Chanot park (Marseille fair).
On the ground floor: living room with convertible corner sofa for 2 people and equipped and open kitchen (35 m2 in total), opening onto a covered terrace of 25 m2 and a garden of 130 m2.
In the summer there is an outdoor jacuzzi. For the other seasons, possibility of the Jacuzzi as an option to be requested 72 hours before.
Possibility of a parking space in the secure residence.
