Charming house with breathtaking view of Clisson castle

A newly renovated, fully equipped house located in the heart of the charming town of Clisson, with a breathtaking view of the castle.

The house is laid out as follows:
- a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats up to 8 people
- a spacious living room with a fireplace
- 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed on a loft accessible by stairs + 1 single mattress available on the first floor (upon prior request)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 small sofa that can accommodate 1 child under 10 years old
- Bedroom 3 (master): 1 double bed (180x200), private bathroom (double sink and shower), separate toilet, plus an adjoining room that can serve as an office or accommodate an extra bed (single mattress, upon prior request)
- 2 bathrooms (with double sinks and shower), including one en suite in the master bedroom mentioned above
- 2 separate restrooms
- a laundry room (with washing machine)
- a basement

Its ideal southwest-facing orientation, its 2 terraces, and its charming little garden make it a very relaxing place.
Quiet, not overlooked, and overlooking the treetops, it’s a rejuvenating spot that benefits from being close to all essential shops. Everything is within walking distance.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Our cat will be there—she’s adorable and very affectionate—and we ask that she be treated with kindness and care.
This house is my primary residence; I live here year-round, and I’ve put a lot of heart into renovating and decorating it. Therefore, I ask that it be treated with care and respect.

-Nantes: 20 min by train and 30 min by car
-Beaches 1 hr / 1 hr 20 min away (Pornic, Les Sables d’Olonne, La Baule…)
-The Sèvre Nantaise Valley
-The Loire Valley
-Puy du Fou, 40 minutes by car

- No parties on the premises. No smoking indoors.
- Respect for the property and the neighborhood.
- Respect for the property’s pristine condition and the care taken in renovating the house.
- Be kind to our cat and our personal belongings

IMPORTANT: The house is not suitable for young children, given the layout of the outdoor terraces, which overlook the neighboring gardens several meters below.
