This beautiful property was remodeled in the winter of 2018, and is ready to host your dream vacation. 7 total bedrooms, 5 of wich can be set up as king beds or 2 singles, and a wonderful common area the pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. Perfect for large family getaways, or small weddings!

Family Wedding and Get-together

We loved staying as it has great space for everyone personally as well as a fantastic table for gathering for meals and games. The ability to walk a few minutes and be in downtown Cabo was super nice. No need for an Uber. The concierge was helpful with coordinating rides and getting us in touch with a local chef. We would stay again if we find ourselves back in Cabo with a group.

Perfect location

Perfect for a group of friends and it was a perfect house in a great location. Concierge was awesome and very great with communication. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a great time in Cabo.

Nice time but a weird house layout for large group

We had a lovely time; however, there are a few key things to know about this property before booking. First, the "house" is split into two villas with separate kitchens and front doors (Villa one has 1 king bed and 2 twins, and Villa two has 1 king and 2 twins), then you have the units by the pool. The wifi and TV in villa 2 were broken upon arrival but were fixed a few days into our trip. The listing photos are outdated as now there is a condo being built in front of this property, so you can no longer see the ocean. Also, the construction is loud, especially when outside enjoying the pool. We liked how close the property was to the marina and city. So walking to places was safe and easy. Everyone on the property was nice.

This Villa has the perfect location. You can walk to dinner, bars, the Marina, etc.
We enjoyed living there for 8 years.
The pool/bbq area are very nice for gatherings and family time.
Having 24 hr security at the gate really puts your mind at ease.
On site restaurant can deliver to the villa too!
