Ménage de fin de séjour à notre charge

Nous avons dû effectuer le ménage de fin de séjour, alors que l’appartement ne disposait ni d’aspirateur, balai, ni de serpillère...nous avons dû nous référé à une conciergerie privée qui a bien voulu nous dépanner de matériel adéquat. Ceci est déplorable car lors de la réservation, le point ménage fin de séjour n’était pas à notre charge.
