Surf staycation

A great holiday house with modern interior and appliances, very well appointed for a group of friends ( or extended family ) The pool is fabulous and there are different options for relaxing and dining outside in the sun or shade …if not at the beach. Lovely secluded quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to beach, shops, bike hire ,restaurants and golf. Very friendly and helpful owner and check in/out staff

Great villa

Our second trip to this Villa , always very well equipped and lovely place to stay . Great check-in with Jocelyn , very helpful .However I do think that soap should be in all bathrooms . Also feel that chipped china should be replaced as there was quite a few pieces that were chipped . We ended up buying ourselves some gin glasses ( tall glasses) as there wasn’t anything suitable . Another freezer option would have been good as only the icebox at top of fridges . All this is constructive observations as opposed to criticism.Will definitely stay again , many thanks .

Tolles Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir (5 Erwachsene) hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit bei grandiosem Wetter.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit sehr guten Betten und schönen Bädern. Die Küche ist gut equipped und mit allen notwendigen Reinigungsmitteln bestückt. Fallls jedoch die mögliche Personenanzahl (12 Personen) anwesend sein sollte, ist die Ausstattung mit Kühlgeräten zu gering, um alle notwendigen Lebensmittel /Getränke kühlen zu können.Darüherhinaus sine die Sonnenschirme und Gartenmöbel mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Nichtsdestotrotz hätten wir das Haus gerne für die nächsten Pfingstferien angemietet, mussten jedoch feststellen, dass das Objekt nächstes Jahr (obwohl 2 Wochen früher und außerhalb der Saison) doppelt soviel wie in diesem Jahr kosten soll.Schade, wir sind raus!

Un super séjour

Toujours agréable de venir dans cette magnifique villa .Cette année la météo a été un peu capricieuse mais cela na pas perturbé notre séjour. Marche au courant d'Uchet,embarcation sur le lac de Léon impressionnant de finir avec l'orage,velo .... 3ème année dans cette villa et nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine

Idéalement située et proche de lieux naturels magnifiques

La Villa est idéalement située, tout est faisable à pied et c’est un vrai plus. La taille de cette maison est idéale pour 9 personnes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la piscine de la Villa est magnifique et Moliets, la plage des chênes lièges et le courant du Huchet sont des lieux naturels et paysages absolument fantastiques.

Villa magnifique, vraiment très bien équipée et parfaitement agencée (nous étions 9 + un enfant, répartis sur 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains) mais aurions pu être sans problème 2 à 3 de plus) - propre, bonne literie, emplacement idéal pour pouvoir bouger dans les environs et aller à la plage même à pied ... franchement, je recommande ! La personne de contact (Jocelyne) était très accueillante, nous a fournis un paquet d'information à notre arrivée ... vraiment parfait :-) Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vraiment nickel, je recommande !!!

L’endroit parfait pour se retrouver en famille et amis

PARFAIT... c’est le mot du sejour! De la communication avec Virginie a l’emplacement de la maison, en passant par l’accueil et la disponibilité de Jocelyne, tout est parfait! La maison est plus que spacieuse et fonctionnelle (nous etions 9 adultes, 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans et un chien), la literie excellente, l’equipement cuisine largement suffisant, les differentes terrasses agreables! L’emplacement est ideal(resto, bar, plage, golf, superette), nous avons pris la voiture uniquement pour nous ravitailler! Bref, la maison est PARFAITE!!

Tolles Haus, toller Aufenthalt, aber holpriger Start

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus nur empfehlen. Leider haben im Inserat auf Deutsch einige Informationen gefehlt, wodurch unsere Erwartungen anders waren. Dennoch wurde von Jocelyne, der Hausverwalterin, ganz freundlich auf uns eingegangen und eine gute Lösung gefunden. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Une semaine pour les fêtes de fin d année en famille. La maison est Top pour un groupe et idéalement placée. Le descriptif et les photos sont fidèles à l annonce. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis et conseillés par madame Lamuseau qui est vraiment tres sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Encore merci !

Séjour à Moliets

Tres belle maison, refaite recemment, tres fonctionnelle, conforme aux photos, bien équipée pour un séjour à 11 personnes. Calme et sans vis a vis, le terrain est petit mais tres bien agencé, la piscine est chauffée et les 2 terrasses sont tres pratiques. Debit internet correct. Acces la plage par voie pietonne essentiellement mais un peu loin (1.2km) si vous avez du materiel à transporter. Bon accueil et bon réactivité.

Im Prinzip ganz in Ordnung

Das Haus an sich ist toll, was auch zu erwarten ist bei 5.000 € für drei Wochen im Juni. Unschön war, dass bei Ankunft eine Kaution von 1.500 € verlangt wurde und dies vor allem, da davon nichts im Inserat erwähnt war und somit gegen eine Gebühr von 30 € zusätzliches Geld am Automaten beschafft werden musste. Was gar nicht geht ist, dass niemand den Pool reinigte und das selbst gemacht werden musste. Es wurde bei Ankunft auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, aber nachdem 4 von 5 Personen krank wurden und zwei davon sogar beim Arzt waren, wurde der Chlorgehalt gemessen (Teststreifen und Chlor waren zum Glück vorhanden) und siehe da, war überhaupt kein Chlor im Pool. Da wir selbst Whirlpools haben wissen wir um diese Dringlichkeit. Nachdem nachgechlort wurde, konnte man ohne gesundheitliche Bedenken baden. Allerdings war der Innenrand des Pools stark verschmutzt, sieht so aus, als dass der in 2023 noch keine große Reinigung erfahren hat. Leider kann ich hier keine Bilder hochladen, dann wäre das noch deutlicher geworden. Wir mieten seit Jahren Häuser mit Pools, da kam mindestens 2 x die Woche jemand, der alles prüft und sauber hält. By the way: ein solcher Poolservice befand sich zwei Häuser nebenan, man hätte ihn nur beauftragen müssen. Zu erwähnen wären noch die Siphons in den Duschen die trotz Einsatz von einem Abflussreiniger keinen ordentlichen Wasserabfluss erlaubt haben. Wir würden das Haus so nicht wieder mieten wollen.

Magnifique villa avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine une grande terrasse pour manger à l extérieur avec barbecue plancha... Et puis n oublions pas Jocelyne avec son accueil chaleureux qui prend de son temps pour nous expliquer les choses. (Elle nous à même accompagné pour nous montrer les raccourcis pour aller à la plage que nous n avions pas trouvé l année dernière. ) Et toujours disponible si besoin. Elle entretien très bien la maison propreté, les lits sont prêts à notre arrivée ... bref que du bonheur pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Séjour très agréable

Très bon séjour, maison confortable, propre, fonctionnelle et très bien placée. Plage à pieds à 5 min et commerces également. Le mobilier de jardin gagnerait à un peu plus d’entretien ou à être changé car le bois est fragilisé par les intempéries et un transat à cédé. Accueil chaleureux et hôte réactive en cas de besoins.
