There's a private terrace overlooking Spinola Bay (smoking is not permitted). Self check-in stars from 3:00PM. Super-fast Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) for working from home or streaming your favorite shows. *Please note construction works are currently taking place all over the Maltese islands, some disturbances to be expected during working hours.

Property Details:
This 80-sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor with an elevator. This flat has a small private balcony overlooking Spinola Bay (smoking is not permitted). The living area is furnished with a flat screen TV, sofa and dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed with a superior quality mattress while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below).
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 40€
- Linens and towel fee: 40€
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit payment of €800 is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
About the Saint Julian’s Area:
The flat is located by Spinola Bay in Saint Julian’s. You are just a stone’s throw from some beautiful, natural beaches, nightlife, restaurants, shopping and more. The capital city, Valletta, can be easily reached by public bus or with a rental car. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to try out new water sports or take an excursion to the neighboring islands of Gozo and Comino. This is the perfect base from which to explore Malta’s rich history, landscapes and culture.

Getting Around:
There are public bus stops just 100 meters away which can take you all over the island. Next Bike, Malta's bike sharing system, also has stations nearby. If you are staying for a while, you may choose to rent a car or scooter to visit the island from a different point of view.

Other Things to Note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a €90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

You will have the property all to yourself during your stay. We are available by email phone should you require assistance during your stay.

Ma pire location de vacances.

Pas d'accueil.aucune notices explicative des appareils ménagers. Prise électrique cassée.tuyau de douche abîmé.porte gobelets de salle de bains cassé..manque de verre à eau et a vin. TV inutilisable 4jours.panne trouvée: manque de piles dans la télécommande. Canapé cassé Etc.... Le tout mis a jour en 4 jours. 4 jours de vacances perdus en palabres pour faire exécuter les réparations. J'espère que les futurs locataires auront moins de soucis. Mobilier de terrasse non conforme aux photos du site.
