The Space
Located near "Les Ardoines" RER C subway station, this beautiful one-bedroom apartment was entirely renovated in August 2016 and further refreshed in 2020. The design of the place has been crafted by an interior designer with your comfort as the primary concern.
During your stay with us, you will be able to enjoy a plethora of equipment as if you were in the comfort of your home (Induction cook-top, toaster, microwave, fridge, washing machine with dryer function, tea kettle, coffee machine, towel heater, hairdryer, alarm clock, LCD TV, Home Theater and WiFi Access).

Stay in touch with your loved ones thanks to the high-speed WiFi connection and the multiple USB outlets that will allow you to have your smartphones and tablets charged at all times.

You just have to come with your luggage, we provide all the essentials (towels, shower gel, and toilet paper).

Guest Access

SAFETY:
→ ID will be verified upon check-in. The name on the ID should match the name listed in the booking details (unless specified prior to arrival).
→ Only the persons present during check-in will be allowed to stay in the apartment.
→ External guests are not allowed on-premises.

INTERNET:
→ No illegal streaming/downloads allowed (subject to French HADOPI law / Active controls are in place).

OTHERS:
→ Please do not change the temperature of the heaters.

The Neighbourhood
The apartment is located in a town named Vitry Sur Seine in the close vicinity of Paris (10 minutes away from Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand by train).
It is surrounded by houses in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. Nonetheless, numerous shops are available within walking distance including bakeries and a minimart.
A post office is also available less than 2 minutes away by walk.
