Built on a wooded plot of 1200m2, La Villa du Cap offers you:

- 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, including a suite with living room and bathroom.
- 1 independent bathroom
- A very large living/dining room of 50m2
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A pool-house: with Jacuzzi, a 7x4m swimming pool, a pergola, a friendly garden furniture, 8 deckchairs.
- A summer kitchen
- A gas barbecue
- A dining area in the garden
- A hammock in the shade of the pine trees

You have been warned, you won't have enough a week to dive into the pool, let yourself bubble in the Spa and prove to your friends that you are the master of the barbecue!

You no longer have any excuses thanks to the privileged location of your Villa, take the gamble of walking and avoid the paid and crowded parking lots in the centre in the evening!

- 150 m from the International Tennis Centre (Tennis, Paddle, Squash, Gym, Table Tennis, Badminton)
- 15 min walk from the beach, walking along the many pleasant paths bathed in shade under the pine forest (5 min by car).
- 10 min walk from the port center (Casino, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, shops, Ferris wheel)
- 20 min walk (walk along the port) to the leisure island (nightclubs & amusement park on site) (5 min by car)
--> THE TIPS of La Villa Du Cap: Take the water coaches of the port for 1€, to reach the island of leisure by boat).

For the more adventurous, the famous Arènes du Cap d'Agde where the famous Torro swimming pools are played are 500 meters from your future holiday destination!

- We are 5 min from the Villa if required
- To guarantee a quality service, we use a concierge service:
- Arrival times*: between 4 pm and 7 pm
- Departure times*: 8:30 AM & 9:30 AM
- As mentioned in the list of equipment: basic products (soap, toilet paper, sheets, towels) are not provided. You can of course bring them back, or buy a stay kit (sheets and 1 towel) at the concierge service. (We will send you the contact details on request).

* For organizational reasons, arrival times and times cannot be changed. Thank you for your understanding.
Traveler access
Travelers have access to the entire Villa (inside and outside), it is a private Villa.
Other remarks
Our neighbours are true loves and our relationship of trust is dear to our hearts. We know that you will be with us on holiday and that the place is conducive to relaxation as well as to party! Of course you can party and sing during the day, but always keeping in mind that respect for our neighbours is a real commitment for us. We are counting on you and your kindness to make the experience of your stay as pleasant as possible for you, but also for your future neighbours. :-)
