Fantastic place for my 4 adult children and their SO’s! Great pool with amazing views! Host was very responsive with an issue we had with the fridge and had it fixed within an hour.

Family Escape

Our large family of 12 had a great stay. The outdoor spaces were great for age spread (10-80). There was plenty for everyone to do. The pool is a larger than normal size and the setup worked out well for everyone. Kevin, the manager is fantastic and responsive.

Perfect house!

Our stay was great! Stayed with a bunch of friends and it was the most fun house we’ve ever been at! Water slide was a hit. Views were great.

We had such a fun stay at this property! The pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice. It was so thoughtfully set up, with every little detail covered. The space was both comfortable and fun, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together.My 10-year-old daughter especially loved the waterslide. It was HUGE and such a blast. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Again, the pictures don’t capture how great it really is!Kevin, the host, was wonderful. He was kind, responsive, and accommodating. He even offered us an early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even smoother.We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway that can easily accommodate a larger group.

Perfect Staycation

This house was perfect for a staycation we planned with friends! There was plenty of space inside and out. The pool and slide were a hit with the kids and the hot tub for the adults. The view was incredible and even though we were surrounded by other houses, it felt very secluded which was nice.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed this place so much as it was perfect to have a big family come together in one place to celebrate birthdays and have a family reunion. The pool/slide was awesome and used everyday. It was a convenient location and central to some of Southern California beaches and amusement parks.

Space is big and definitely nice however be wary of visiting in summer. AC doesn't work for the lower levels of the main house. Also there were ants everywhere even when there wasn't any food. Woke up to ants crawling on body and found ants in the bed. This was right when we checked in and the ants got progressively worse.

This property was absolutely AMAZING! I hosted a company team retreat here and we were all just amazed at how large and beautiful it was. Everyone enjoyed their time! Favorite part of the home was the backyard with the heated pool with slide!!!! Will definitely come back!

Fun family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this home with 8 adults and 8 kids! We had plenty of space for all of us to relax during the day and sleep comfortably at night. The best part of the house is the backyard with pool and amazing views and plenty of areas to lounge! The kids (and even adults!) had a blast on the giant slide! The owner was great to communicate with and even delivered 2 arcade machines during our stay that they just purchased - Pac-Man and the Star Wars pinball machine turned out to be a fun bonus for us that the kids and adults loved! Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this lovely vacation home! Thank you!

Perfect family getaway

Family and friends vacation getaway. We wanted a place where we wouldn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to and this home was great! The outdoor space was everything we wanted, we spent most of the time in the pool. The pool was beautiful and our favorite feature of the home. The KIDS and adults loved the water slide. The area with the grill was perfect for the whole group have lunch and dinners together. Our group was 19 adults and 5 kids (all under 7). The house had plenty of room so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I thought only having 4 bathrooms would be tough but it worked out, no issues. Home was well stocked plenty of plates and cups and lots of beach and bath towels. There was also plenty of parking on site, we easily fit 8 cars. We will def book this home again.

So perfect

We rented this house for a short vacation with a group of 23 friends. The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful but the backyard is truly the BEST part. The pool and the water slide are even better in person. Kevin is also really easy to work with and is very responsive to calls and emails. We got there a couple hours early and the house was still being cleaned so Kevin made sure we had a place to hang out outside so we didn’t need to mobilize our large party but were also out of the way of the cleaning staff. All this to say if I ever travel with a big group again I’d definitely stay here. It was seamless. Truly no complaints!

Best rental house EVER!!

This property was beyond our expectations!! Everyone had a great time. If the kids are having a great time, so are the adults. We never once heard... "we're bored". Actually saved money not going to all the parks we had planned on. No one wanted to leave. Everyone enjoyed the slide, the outside theater, pool and just the property itself. BBQing overlooking the pool and the mountains. Everything we would ever need, was there. Such as kitchen ware and bedding. We will definitely book this property again. Location was great. Super close to any store you would need. We had no complaints. Best rental property I have EVER been to. Thank you Kevin!

Lipstick on a pig

Talk about lipstick on a pig. I can’t even tell you how disappointed we were in this property. Luckily my group had a good sense of humor and accepted the trip as a survival lesson. What was wrong you may ask? 1. Sky light broken in converted garage that had a screen to protect from rain 2. No sheets on the bunk beds in converted garage with no adequate linens 3. Fire pit, good luck. Talk about fire hazard. Three propane tanks and no flame 4. Air conditioning in the casita? Better make sure the duct tape holds the vents in 5. Sewage smell to make you sleep at night? We got you covered! 6. Like to clean before you enjoy the trip? Nailed it 7. Trash all around the property? Check Highly recommend looking at google maps before booking this place. Never again.

This is a gorgeous property. My husband and I were planning to host our baby shower in our newly renovated home, but due to issues with our reno company we knew our house would not be ready in time. I reached out to Kevin about 1.5 months before our scheduled event and he was SUPER accommodating and great with providing timely responses. The day before check-in I inquired about arriving early, which he was able to accommodate, but we did not end up needing. However, it was still nice to have the option to arrive early. The home is beautiful, clean, and has tons of space. There are SO many beds and places to sleep. We didn't need most of them. We never even used the casita, which is a fun addition! The space was wonderful as it did not feel like we were cramped and people could spread out during our event. The backyard is tiered and filled with entertainment spaces. Lots of fun activities for the kids, which is one of the reasons we chose this space. There are a few things that need to be looked at - fridge water dispenser and the master bathroom fan (which was loud at some points), but nothing that was a deal breaker for us. Overall, highly recommend this space if you're looking to entertain a big group and have children that want to run around and play.
