Sunbeams stream through the large picture window, illuminating the 38 m² of this apartment at La Comédie de Vanneau, aptly nicknamed “L’Intermède.” You can see the open sea from your living room. Open the door and you’ll already smell the salt air from your private ground-floor terrace.

You can tell you’re in for a wonderful stay. Whether you spend the day with your feet in the water, enjoy a friendly aperitif on the terrace, watch Netflix on the TV in the living room, or cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, you’re sure to have a wonderful time.

Located within the Les Rivages de Maguelone residence, your stay will be in Palavas-les-Flots, on the Right Bank, just a stone’s throw from the Institut Saint-Pierre, Maguelone Cathedral, and numerous seaside restaurants and shops. What’s more, the apartment, located on the first floor, features private access to the beach—with no roads to cross.
This means children can come and go freely to the beach or play in the playground.

On your way back, you’ll enjoy your pain au chocolat and orange juice—or a nice cup of tea or coffee, depending on your mood (tea bags and NESPRESSO pods provided)—ready for another day of exploring our beautiful region.
