Clean cozy house

Small, clean cozy house. Very friendly and communicative owners. Kitchen has everything what you need on holiday. We were 4 adults and 2 children and need open couch in living room for sleeping, soo was not enough space for dinner table. Good bathrooms.

Au calme absolu

Jolie petite maison situé dans le quartier du petit Paramé. Elle est dans une petite rue très calme car elle se termine en impasse Rénovée récemment, en très bon état et très bien équipée. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was gebraucht wird.

Der Empfang war herzlich und wir konnten unser Französisch ein wenig zur Verständigung anwenden. Für 3 Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend. Wir konnten auch immer mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zum Strand.vielen Dank!

Idéal pour découvrir St Malo et ses environs

le plein de souvenir !!!! lieux calme un peu à l'écart, accueil chaleureux, une boulangerie proche, un marché de producteur du coin à proximité, la plage du Sillon n'est pas loin avec un peu de marche et encore moins à vélo, idéal pour découvrir St Malo (passage obligatoire au Glacier Sanchez et ses énormes boules) et rayonner dans les iles Anglaises, Manger des huitres sur le port de Cancale, Dinard, Dinan.... on peut pousser jusqu'au Mt St Michel voire les plages du débarquement ...

Kleines, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Ein kleines Ferienhaus, ruhig und in der Vorstadt gelegen. Das Haus war ordentlich und instandgehalten, die Gastgeberin nett und hilfsbereit. Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten dekorierten den Tisch und im Kühlschrank wartete eine Flasche Cidre auf uns. Wir waren zu dritt. Dafür war die Größe des Hauses ausreichend. Anmerkung: Das obere Schlafzimmer ist über eine offene Treppe zu erreichen, hat also keine Tür. Praktisch sind die zwei Badezimmer. Die ganze Abwicklung und Kommunikation lief sehr gut ab, obwohl die Gastgeberin nur französisch sprach und wir mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm arbeiten mussten. Anregung: Fliegengitter wären nicht schlecht, um Spinnen, Mücken und andere Insekten draußen zu halten.

Logement très correct, bien situé

Logement très correct, très bien situé, très calme . Le seul bémol que nous pourrions émettre c'est que dans l'annonce générale au premier abord il est marqué linge de maison fourni , ce qui pourrait laisser comprendre que le linge est compris dans le pris total puis lorsque nous regardons dans le détail des équipements nous constatons qu'il y a un supplément pour les draps et un supplément pour les serviettes de toilette. Pour éviter tout malentendu il faudrait peut être juste préciser : linge de maison fourni sur demande avec supplément. Sinon, propriétaire très gentille et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons.

Week-end Route du Rhum

Emplacement au calme, à 5 min à pied d’une excellente boulangerie où il est possible de prendre de bons petits déjeuners, à 25 min à pied de la plage avec un enfant de 6 ans et sans connaître le chemin. Hébergement très fonctionnel, aucun problème pour le stationnement.

Très belle expérience à Saint Malo

Bien située, proche d'Intra-Muros (en voiture), des plages, des commerces, (Intermarché, boulangerie) des bus... La maison est bien équipée et la propriétaire est très gentille. Très bon séjour dans cette maison charmante

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La propriétaire est très gentille. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. La maison est conforme à la description : charmante, située dans un endroit calme et proche de tout. Le plus : 2 sdb dont l’une avec baignoire qui est pratique lorsque l’on a des enfants en bas âge.

Sommerurlaub

Das kleine Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig in St. Malo. Von dort aus kann man wunderbar viele Ausflüge starten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Sprachliche Schwierigkeiten können über einen Übersetzer auf dem Smartphone problemlos gelöst werden. Schöne Wohnung, tolle Vermieterin. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Parfait !

Totalement conforme à l'annonce ! Nous avons été très bien reçus. Propriétaire accueillante, prévoyante et disponible. Maison propre composée, entre autre, de 2SdB ce qui la rend très fonctionnelle pour l'accueil de plusieurs personnes. De plus, la location est très bien située, puisqu'au centre de tout : Saint-Malo intra-muros bien sûr mais aussi Dinan, Dinard, Cancale et à 45 minutes du Mont Saint Michel. Bref, de quoi passer un agréable séjour sans prises de tête ! Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation !

Petite maison très agréable idéale pour famille avec enfants mais un peu juste pour seulement des adultes. Location très propre et propriaite extrêmement gentille et à l'écoute. Merci encore pour l'accueil.
