Welcome to "Best Nest"'... an immaculately maintained three bedroom beach cottage less than one block to our gorgeous white sand beaches! This adorable cottage located steps to the community pool is nestled in the popular Crystal Beach Community in Destin, Florida. A wonderful family neighborhood perfect for a relaxing vacation with family & friends! "Best Nest' is convenient to countless shops, restaurants, an outdoor shopping mall, water park, world class golf courses, mini golf, arcades, go cart tracks, bowling alleys, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Publix, WalMart, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and an IMAX movie theater, a marina, and HarborWalk Village. Community allows 2 cars per unit.

"Best Nest' has a great layout with two king bedrooms downstairs, both with their own bathroom. The third bedroom is located upstairs. It has two twin beds and there is a large play area with a television and games for the family. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions.

The living area is lovely with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. There is an open floor plan with a dining area and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to make delicious dinners at home. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

There is a charming front porch with a driveway for off street parking. The large backyard has a lovely deck with outdoor dining table, a gas grill, and lots of space to run around.

Cool off in the community pool just steps away or stroll down to the beach and take a dip in the Gulf. The Hutchinson Street Beach Access is a short walk. It features a covered picnic table pavilion, bathrooms, showers, and beach service available for an additional fee. Enjoy walking, jogging, skating and bicycling throughout the charming neighborhood. Clipper Cove is known for it's picturesque white picket fences and pastel cottage homes. Relax on your porch and enjoy the beach breezes.

The garage has been completely converted into an unbelievable game room complete with a high end foosball table, game table, bar with bar seating, huge leather couch and chairs, wall mounted large television, and it even has an AC unit!

Please note this home is not pet friendly and absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED!
