Flats of Rosemary vacation rentals

We came to 30a as a family of 3 and had the best time making memories! The gateway flat was perfect for our stay! Well appointed, near new appliances, updates and very comfortable! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Being on Georgetown Ave made getting around a breeze and we have the honor and privilege of witnessing a wedding at St Augustine park. The band was incredible, it was such a pleasant surprise! Our 2.5 year old loved dancing on the balcony and then once bedtime came, her standard white noise machine masked the sound and was all good! And the party respected the quiet hours and wrapped up at 9:52! If you’re contemplating a family vacation to 30a, do it! So family friendly especially toddler friendly! We didn’t get in the car once! Wagons around Rosemary, bikes to Alys, toes in the water, toddler tushies (with swim diapers) in the sand!

This condo is in a very convenient location - just a couple of blocks from restaurants and shops. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Short walk to the beach as well. Cheryl is very responsive and helpful.

We loved our time at 45D! Perfectly furnished, immaculately clean, and super inviting!

Perfect location for wedding and reception at the St Augustine green. Easy walk to town for dining and shopping. Easy bike ride to the beach. Beds and pillows comfortable and kitchen supplied with everything we needed.

We found Rosemary Beach and it fit all of our needs and more! It was quiet, picturesque and offered many amenities. Percy's Flat was perfect for us. Conveniently located yet set back from the town so it was very quiet and relaxing. The rental office texted us daily to see if we needed anything. My mom, sister and I stayed at La Dolce Vita for Mother's Day Weekend. The property was well-appointed and very clean. It's in an excellent location - within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the fitness center. Also very close to the family pool. The only issue we had was that the bunk beds were only made with a flat and fitted sheet. There were no blankets and we were unable to locate additional bedding in the condo. The rental company did send over some blankets for us the second day of our stay. Also there is no fan in the bunk room, just an FYI. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Wonderful week in Rosemary Beach. Beautiful flat with nice amenities. One of the things we loved but didn’t realize was that the smaller bedroom has bunked full size or queen beds plus the twin. Quite a lot of sleeping real estate! The water heater is undersized for a family of five coming back from the beach or the pool. Would have loved to not have to hurry everyone along so that the last two would have some hot water. Would be nice and simple upgrade to toss the tiny WH under the HVAC unit and put in a tankless unit. For as much as it is to stay at RB, every box should aptly checked off. The bathroom design is lovely. We truly appreciated the wonderful blinds in all the rooms that were far better than a similar unit we used the year before. Overall, an excellent rental.
