Welcome to a cottage/ gite situated in a peaceful village, Mornac, 10 km from Angoulême.It is has a fitted kitchen, sitting room/dining room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a master bedroom with ensuite,2nd bathroom with bath/shower and seperate toilet. Beautiful garden (1300m²) with private pool 4X8X1.6M

Belle maison bien équipée et idéalement placée. Très calme et avec de belles prestations comme la piscine et le jardin. A faire dans les environs immédiats : les grottes de queroy.

Gîte avec piscine

Une arrivée simplifiée, des hôtes très disponibles et très à l’écoute, nous avons passés un très bon séjour de 15 jours, la maison est très agréable et la piscine non chauffée aussi de jour comme en soirée quand il fait 32 degrés c’est très appréciable, une boulangerie accessible à pieds ouverte tôt le matin ! Nous avons pu faire des visites dans des lieux variés à environ 15min alentour : Angoulême et son parcours à pieds des murs peints, la Rochefoucault pour son château ( astuce 😊 montez au dernier étage pour se déguiser avant de faire la visite ) , un escape Game dans lieu Extraordinaire « « Le Patio », hasard du calendrier nous avons pu aller à un bric à broc, et y avons trouvé des légumes à acheter aux producteurs ( les tomates un délice 😋), Vandelle Canoe kayak ou pédalo de 1h à plusieurs heures: un moment sympathique.

Séjour trés agréable - Prestations à la hauteur

Des espaces trés agréables et trés fonctionnels pour notre groupe de 6 personnes ( dont 4 jeunes adultes). Gite bien équipé et en tout point conforme à l'annonce et illustrations proposées sur le site. Jardin charmant et reposant et situation à l'écart de la ville mais trés proche de toutes les facilités. Hôtes sympathiques, disponibles et trés arrangeants. Bref, si nous retournons un jour à Angoulême nous savons maintenant où nous loger.
