Luxury Beachside Escape with Private Pool and Generator!

This villa was completely renovated and is absolutely amazing! Your pool has great sun during the day, with some shade by our palm trees, and is completely private. The stunning bathroom includes a garden shower with a skylight, gorgeous tiles and vanity. The kitchen is equally gorgeous with quartz counters, all new appliances, new kitchenware (glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, pans and more). The bedroom has a brand new king bed, gorgeous tiled wall and views to the pool.

You also have a large living space with a 55" TV, high speed WiFi and a generator in the event of a brief island power outage.

Location, location, location! This beachside escape is a short walk to Lindquist beach and Sapphire beach, plus 5 mins to Coki beach, 10 mins to Magens Bay, and 5 mins to Red Hook with 10 restaurants, bars, a grocery store and the ferry to St John where you will love Trunk Bay!

The property is private and beautiful! The doors to the bedroom and the living both open up to the pool. You can literally jump into the pool right out of bed literally! The place is clean and unque. The bathroom is amazing with a indoor/outdoor private shower. There is ac in the bedroom and the living room that get pretty cold which is a plus as the island gets pretty hot. The home has adequate parking and is easily accessable. There is a restaurant and bar on the property as well. It is very close to Saphirre beach. The condo is stacked with plates and condiments in the fridge. There is a smart tv where you can log into your personal Youtube, Netflix etc. Shawn the host is amazing and extremely fast at communicating. The only downside was that our flight was delayed so we didn't get to enjoy the place longer.

Great place to stay

Loved the pool, and it was a pretty easy walk to Sapphire Beach following a path from the property. The unit had snorkel gear which was great for taking with us to the beach. We also loved the on-site restaurant Pangea.

Would Definitely Recommend!

My wife and I just went here after being married for our honeymoon. The location was great, Shawn had quick communication, and there were no issues. This spot is 2min away from Lindqvist Beach which was a great snorkeling spot. This place offers privacy, while also being close to everything you need! Thanks Shawn for a unforgettable honeymoon!

Just as Advertised - Great Host!

The Villa was the perfect spot to start and end days during our trip to St. Thomas. Short distances to multiple beaches and the Red Hook with various options for entertainment and dining. We ran into some iffy weather so having the private pool on site is the perfect amenity. Also, the restaurant attached to the villas was amazing. Shawn was responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. We would definitely visit again and stay here!

Amazing Week!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The villa was beautiful, private, and clean. We were able to walk to Sapphire Beach, which is gorgeous. They also have a great beach bar and sometimes offer live music. So fun! We enjoyed the on-site restaurant at Pavilions and Pools as well! It’s called Pangea, highly recommend. The host, Shawn, was wonderful, responsive, and gave us plenty of suggestions for food, fun, and sun!

Our Anniversary Getaway

Shaun thought of absolutely everything. His place was perfectly clean! We even recommended it to some friends of ours would really appreciate that. The only things "less than" perfect, he would have no control over. The TV on STT is "spotty". And, I love a warm (too warm for some) pool. So, we really didn't get hardly any use of his beautiful pool. I believe it was the time of year (early Dec.) and the fact that a giant palm shades it way too much!

Broken a/c in living room, no water for 2 1/2 days. Had to take pots of water from the pool to flush the toilet. Unit was supposed to have a grill and there was not one there. No rafts for the pool. Office hours for the property are posted 9am to 5pm. We were there for two weeks and never saw anyone in there. Property Grounds are not kept up with

The AC had a drip, we scheduled cleaning and had it addressed. The lack of water was less than 2 days and impacted the entire island due to the water company, not us or our complex. All units are individually managed and we don't have a front desk.

Peaceful private oasis

Great house - not walkable.

Great house, super clean with a great private pool! Location is not at all walkable which is deceiving. However, if you’re up for an adventure, you can manage to walk to Sapphire and/or Lindquist beach. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

It is such a great place, especially with the private pool. You definitely want a car to get around the island. You can walk to Sapphire and Lindquist which are a quarter mile away each, but in both cases it's along side a road that is windy without a shoulder. You are super close to 2 of the best beaches in the Caribbean, and I personally recommend a car. You will love this villa for so many reasons, it is the perfect home base for your trip to St Thomas!
