Tolles Apartment

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Apartment erstreckte sich über das ganze Erdgeschoss, ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, offensichtlich wurde alles vor kurzem renoviert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, vom Kühlschrank kann man Trinkwasser zapfen und Eiswürfel. Von der Terrasse aus kann man das Meer zwischen den Bäumen sehen. Das Haus hat noch eine Dachterrasse, von hier hat man einen tollen Blick. Der Pool ist riesig, hat eine vernünftige Tiefe zum Schwimmen und ist wunderbar warm. Den Boule Platz und die Tischtennis Platte haben wir viel genutzt. Nicole wohnt mit ihrer Familie im Kellergeschoss und verwaltet das Haus. Sie ist jederzeit ansprechbar und hilft bei Problemen sofort weiter. Sie hat für uns gewaschen, die Waschmaschine konnten wir nicht selber benutzen. Das Zentrum von Giens ist ca 10min Fußweg entfernt , hier gibt’s einen kleinen Laden, einen Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants. Zum Hafen läuft man ebenfalls 10min , hier befindet sich der nächste (sehr kleine) Strand .

Belle villa avec un superbe emplacement

Très belle villa, bien équipée, la déco est peut être un peu froide mais je crois que ça va évoluer, c'est une mise en location relativement récente. La gestionnaire, qui habite sur place, est très dynamique et à l'écoute.
