Farmhouse restored in the local style with exposed beams, restoration with natural materials and products. Bright set. Main exposure to the south. Very calm. Land (2500 m²), shaded lawn, garden furniture, barbecue. Living room with fireplace, TV lounge, sofas and armchairs. Fully equipped contemporary fitted kitchen, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilets. 1 ea. with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, private shower room/wc. Electric central heating not included charged according to consumption, wood fireplace provided in addition. Parking on the ground, private entrance and garden. Rental of sheets possible (9€/bed). Covered shelter for one car or more

Petit Grammont

Séjour parfait dans endroit très calme. Gîte très confort et spacieux. La campagne est les bois environnants sont magnifiques ( forêt de Bercé ). Accueil très sympa au gîte.
