Pretty renovated stone house with exposed beams, quietly located in a small hamlet. Enclosed garden of 2000 m², terrace with unobstructed views of the countryside. Ping-pong available.
Places to visit: St. Léonard des Bois and its medieval church, leisure center.
Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200) with private shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1-2: 1 bed 80x200, 3: 1 bed 140x190, 3: 2 beds 80x200), bathroom. Additional equipment: freezer, tumble dryer, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, complete baby equipment. Included: wood.
Not included:
Electric heating. Additional charge to be paid directly to the owner on site according to usage.
Sheet rental is available for an additional €10 per person.
Mandatory cleaning fee: €60 extra.

Gîte agréable et calme

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au calme. La maison est très bien, chambres en haut et en bas, salle de bain wc en haut et en bas, elle est grande et pratique. Notre chat s'y est bien adapté. Il y a plusieurs zoo à visiter, Le Mans, des jardins, des châteaux .... Merci à la propriétaire pour son sympathique accueil :-)
