The villa is ecological and energy self-sufficient. Electricity is produced by photovoltaic panels placed under the roof, and water is provided by solar panels and a 300 L storage tank. It has been fully adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility thanks to its easily passable paths, its access ramp, its living rooms and the 2 spacious bedrooms.



The property consists of a living room furnished, air conditioned and equipped with a corner sofa (convertible into a single bed for the 9th occupant), armchairs, flat screen Smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals and treat your guests.

The master bedroom is air conditioned with king size bed, closet and a safe to store your valuables. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed and a storage cupboard. The air-conditioned mezzanine also can accommodate 4 people there is 1 Queen size bed and 1 double bed, 1 storage chest and a shelf for your personal effects.

The villa's bathroom has 2 vanities, a toilet, a bathtub and a walk-in shower. A second independent toilet with hand basin is available. A washing machine is available for you in the house.

The terrace is covered and will be your favorite place for your aperitifs, meals or even a moment of reading or rest. Tables, chairs and sofa furnish this place where you can watch your children while they swim.

The swimming pool, entirely tiled, with an area adapted for young children, will delight young and old. A sunshade and sun loungers are waiting for you! Each early evening will be animated by a multicolored play of light, admire and enjoy these moments.

The garden is fully fenced, your toddlers are safe. There is a shelter for your vehicle.
