Wonderful rental

This villa was one of the nicest ones we have ever rented in the Villages. It is in the newer section, very close to a recreation center, that had fabulous walking trails. We walked every day several times a day. Lin was wonderful to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Checking into the villa was easy. The villa was spotless, had everything you could possibly need while you were visiting. You will not be disappointed in this rental.

Amazing Rental in the Villages

Our stay was amazing from the communication with Lin before we left home to letting us know it was ready a little early and checking to make sure we were all settled and comfortable. The house is so beautiful, clean and comfortable and has all that you will need for your stay. From Internet, to Amazon Alexa, to providing trash bags and dishwasher detergent, and pool towels, Lin has took care of every detail to make your stay enjoyable! We took advantage of the board games that were provided as well! This house is close to a Publix and the family and adult pool. A real close drive to Brownwood Paddock Square where there are restaurants , shopping, and nightly entertainment. This has been the BEST home we have rented so far on VRBO, Thank You, Linda for your attention to detail we will be back.

Visiting Family in Villages

Loved staying at this villa! Felt like home the minute we arrived. Very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent check in process, very easy, and Lin is wonderful!! 10/10 recommend!

We are retired and live 2 hours away from The Villages in New Smyrna Beach. We love gardening, especially butterfly gardening. When you stay at our place, look around. You'll likely see caterpillars munching on vines or milkweed or chrysalis' hanging around with butterflies ready to emerge. We spend lots of time in our gardens!

This home is so quiet and peaceful! Situated on a dead end street with privacy wall behind! Sit out back and you'll be facing west for beautiful sunsets! The gardens were designed to attract butterflies and birds.
