We know that when new vistors come to our area, they will never forget the beauty. Bayfield during the peak season of May through October is never crowded. So many artist galleries to visit, trails to walk or bike and everything is within walking distance.

What makes this condo unique

In the morning enjoy that cup of coffee on the balcony, here the soft sounds of seaguls and look out at Madeline Island watching colorful Sail Boats, the Madeline Island Ferry, Kayaks, and so much more. One of the few 'Best View' condo's in Bayfield along with off street parking for 2 vehicles adjoining the Andrew Tate Condo #200. Excellent cellular phone coverage from this condo (a rarity this close to the water) you are never out of touch. The in-house electronic tablet has high speed wireless internet. With a click of a button you can look up excursion trips, sail boat charters, kayak rentals, bike rentals, down hill or cross country sking, and the Ice Caves just 12 miles North from the condo. Off street parking just steps from the entrance.

Quaint, clean and close to EVERYTHING!

My husband and I booked this condo. It is, by far, the best place we've stayed at in Bayfield! And we have stayed alot of places there. The location is perfect. The condo is exceptionally clean and so very comfortable. Kitchen has a cute little breakfast bar w/stools and everything you would need in a kitchen! We loved the huge bathroom (it even has a built in hair dryer) and large bedroom! The unit has many windows for natural lighting yet blinds when you want privacy. LOVED the deck. You have incredible views of the water and downtown. We will absolutely be back! Booking the unit and checking in were so easy. GREAT communication from the owners. Thank you Jack for an amazing 2 nite stay!!!

For the 4th year we've stayed in one of the Armstrong's units and have enjoyed it immensely. Condos are nicely furnished with all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Great place that I'm sure we will return to.

Excellent Property

Perfect downtown location for 4th of July festivities! Our Andrew Tate unit could not have been more nicely furnished OR cleaner, and we enjoyed all that Bayfield had to offer until we wore ourselves out. Would not hesitate to return to this particular unit or another owned by Mr. Armstrong. Thank you!

Another fantastic stay in Bayfield!

We've once again returned home after a fantastic stay in Bayfield. Our visit there is always made more fantastic due to the accommodations we enjoy. Andrew Tate 200 Condominium is right in the middle of all of the Bayfield activity. We love sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of Madeline Island, the harbor area, and downtown Bayfield. We can walk to anyplace in town--and the grocery store is just up the street. The condo is very well appointed and includes all of the comforts anyone would want or need. It's extremely comfortable--and the Armstrongs are very accommodating.

We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Bayfield. Our dog absolutely loves it, too!
