Équipement complet et logement optimisĂ© pour une famille avec enfant. Quartier cƓur de ville et malgrĂ© tout trĂšs au calme. La mezzanine est trĂšs ludique pour les enfants. Belle hauteur sous plafond et belle lumiĂšre. Le logement jouxte le passage pommeray et le quartier dans sa partie haute compte de trĂšs belles adresses ! 🙁 MalgrĂ© une bonne impression de propretĂ©, des dĂ©tails Ă  revoir en cuisine (panier Ă  salade utilisĂ© et non nettoyĂ©, fond d'Ă©vier, capsules cafĂ© utilisĂ©es non retirĂ©es de la machine, poussiĂšre sur les lustres). ALl instructions were very clear 🙁 It was on the 3rd floor so about 70 steps so if you were old or had mobility issues then perhaps it could be difficult. We did not mind apart from carrying our two large heavy suitcases when we arrived and when we left as there was no lift. Apart from that everything else was great."

Le Pommeraye Fantastic stay at Le Pommeraye. Well equipped kitchen (including sharp knives and good sized pasta pot !) and great central location for exploring Nantes, next to the Passage Pommeraye. Light and airy apartment with roof top views which make up for the 3 flights of stairs ! Contact good and accommodated a cancelled flight and arrival next day. Finding out the buses and trams are free at the weekend throughout Nantes was a big plus. Would thoroughly recommend.

Le Pommeraye I had an a-okay stay in this apartment. It's in a great location – right in the city center, easily accessible from the main train station, and in walking distance from all major attractions – and it was clean and full of light. From the photos, however, I expected it to be in slightly better shape. A lot of things could be improved, starting from the bathroom, which would need some renovation (the baseboard is coming off, there's a constant weird smell, the door handle isn't working properly, and there's no place to hang your wet towels.) More attention to small details would probably make this apartment more cozy/comfortable. Heads-up to the light-sleepers: the boiler is right in the bedroom and can make noises during the night, so bring some earplugs. Communication with the renting agency was good. All in all, I'm unsure whether I'd stay here again if I ever returned to Nantes.
